Trashy place with trashy workers. The women there are the only ones with good customer service. The men just like to smack their sausage suckers and think everything people bring in is stolen and will make rude assumptions in front of you while trying to low ball you. This pawn shop needs to be shut down before something serious happens because of the guys. Never will they have my business again.

Had a great experience with Leon after having an awful one with ez pawn. Y'all if you wanna sell some jewelry the staff is awesome and just fun to chat with makes the environment such a positive one.

Poor customer service the guys seems kind of blah being there. He made an offer which I accepted and then was like “where’s the charger” which I had right there. Then he told me there was another charger and I just found the product page on the ABT website for the product and it only has the charger I supplied… I’ll just use the MBP website to sell my camera just Google it

If you are looking to liquidate any collectibles for a short-term loan, DO NOT got to this place. I went today with a comic that has a FMV of $2500. The guy offered me a $300 loan. I asked "Based on what?! Ebay?" He told me that comics, the same edition, with a CGC rating of 9.8 (mine is 9.6) were selling for $1100. That is a LIE. I went on Ebay just before going there, and my edition, with a 9.4 CGC rating are going for $1500 or MORE. NO ONE would sell this comic, rated a 9.8 for $1100. They LIE. You are better off going to CASH AMERICA. I have always gotten a straight forward deal with them. I only went to this place bc they claim to be the best in loans and comics. LIES!

The blonde lady that works there just tried to scam me. I took in a 4.5 gram 14k gold rope chain with a separate pendant. Her first offer was 60$, then she said she could probably stretch it to MAYBE 75$. Then after telling her I wasn't interested in the offer, cause I needed a certain amount for a bill. She says that she'll help me out cause I'm a new customer and I need the money, so she offers 100$ Trying to make me think that she's over paying for it. When in reality she's not even offering me 25% of what they can easily sell it for. Went to Cash America and got 200$ without having to haggle and fight for a decent offer.

Purchased a beautiful Michael kors hand bag and it came w a wallet I’m obsessed with how clean it is. Sean really helped me purchase some air pods for my daughter made sure they worked. Love the service i received very communicative.

Went in for some AirPods. Agreed on a price and then asked to try them. After having issues connecting to the AirPods they got me a second pair to try. Then they told me the believed the other pair to be fake based on the branding they found on them. I never mentioned anything about thinking they were fake. They were advertised as “AirPods” and priced the same. Sad that a business would try to sell a product as AirPods and rip you off. If there is any doubt just list them as wireless headphones. I then tried the second pair and one side was junk. I ended up not buying any. I understand these are used products but I’d rather do business with someone else.

I just swing by to pick up an Xbox series S, and was greeted awesomely by the employees. I had a really good interaction with every single employee there. They were very helpful and was able to get me the game system for an awesome price. A lot of company’s should take note from these employees how to treat customers, right. I would definitely make the trip to come back again to buy. Keep up the good work this is what customer service is all about. Thank you.

This isn’t the BEST place to pawn electronics. I was turned away because they had too many of the items I had in hand. Obviously, they don’t make good deals to sell what they do have in order to gain new and returning customers. I rate them -5 stars and nothing greater. Bad experience from walk in to walking out.
