Customer service is unmatched compared with all other storage competitors. I’ve been a part of this location for almost five years now and have never felt more at home anywhere else! I’ve had storage units at many locations but it’s a breathe of fresh air when the staff remembers and calls me by name, I couldn’t imagine taking my business anywhere else. I definitely 100% recommend giving this location a shot and be a part of the family. Keep up the good work!!!

Alamo mini storage is the best! Sandee and Jon were very friendly and professional. I rent a smaller unit for awhile and my stuff was always safe at their storage facility and never had to worry. If your looking for a storage unit trust me Alamo mini storage at the wurzback location is the place to go! I’m a very satisfied customer ??

If i can give no stars i will. This storage has no security camera that they claim of having. They’re fake cameras Our storage unit and 6 other ones has been broken in to. And they have no insurance on their units. They’re scammers. And the owners where laughing at the situation. I will not recommend this storage place.
