If I could give zero stars I would. The service on my vehicle appears to be good but the actual customer service is nonexistent. The shop had my car for over four months for a simple engine swap. Every time I would ask about my vehicle I was told it would be ready “tomorrow” or “next week”. I kept getting empty promises and hollowed words not to mention the constant forwarding of my phone calls and taking days/weeks to reply. It may be an alright tire shop but please take your vehicle to an established engine repair shop if you care about your vehicle and time because four months for a twenty hour job is not worth the stress. The price was alright but if I knew it would take that long I would’ve paid the extra grand to get it done in a timely matter at a better shop. If your vehicle is there and you’re having doubts and it’s already been a while, please pull your vehicle and get it done at a more professional shop. 0/10 don’t recommend.
Update 11/16/24 check engine light popped up, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!! Not even a week later and this happens. This shop is a joke.

Don't trust this guy, I took my truck to get an over haul, and all he did was repair the driver's side cylinder head. And he kept saying that he did. And he paid another mechanic to do the over haul. But, I paid him 3,700. I've asked to give me the other mechanics name and address, but no luck.. . All I wanted was for him to be fare and charge for the work he. He doesn't answer my calls or text. Please be very careful. Here are the pictures you can clearly see that one side is done and not the other. Meaning y hat my engine was never pulled out.

Great shop!! They replaced the whole engine in my suv did a great job in a timely manner!! No complaints at all and they were the best price in town!!! Definitely will be going back for anything else that happens. 5 stars highly recommend

They fixed my friends engine last year, and I just got mine back from the shop recently after I messed up the engine. They did an incredible job!!

I had my engine changed on my 2005 mustang Alex was one of the best if not the greatest mechanic to ever service my car I would recommend him for any car that need work done to it , reliable, communication was great and offered me great deal . Thanks for great service Alex

Alejandro asked me send a deposit to get the tires ready. Arrived for my appointment and the shop is closed down. Doesn’t even appear to be in business. Called him and he said they had to leave and now I’m his phone is off. DO NOT do business here.

I had an engine put in my truck . Drive it home the same day and the engine locked up again . The then took him another week to pick it up , charging me another 1,000 along w the other 2400 from before . I drove my truck now two weeks and guess what , the engine rattles and I found metal in the oil pan and radiator . I called Alex to fix it and I'm being ignored . I had to use a friends phone in order to get him to answer my call . I do construction for work , so imagine I'm without my vehicle , on the bus and still making payments on my truck .

My husband just needed help getting lug nuts loose cause his tire blew and he was trying to get the spare on. This place said they could help, but all they did was strip two of the lug nuts worse and then say well if I have to actually put work in to get them off that'll be $10 a lug nut!!! A used tire only cost $45 yet he wants $50 to take of lug nuts!!! Greedy and no compassion. My husband is still out there trying to get the last one they messed up more off 9 hrs and counting!

Horrible service! Owner said he would help me repair my rv drum and brakes and never came through to help. Had me running around SA for parts and in the end he never helped me and said that “he doesn’t work for me” when I was going to pay him for his service! So I had to drive my rv back home 3 hours with 3 tires while axle was tide on with ratchet strap!
