Tried calling to possibly sell PC parts and I was rushed off bat, he said “it’s really busy in here what are you selling” so I get up to see the PC and list off the parts, not 5 seconds into walking over he hung up on me. Miguel I think was his name.I understand it may be busy but you can’t expect customers to be rushed when on the phone, it isn’t that deep, I was wanting to sell a lot of parts, now the business is going elsewhere.

Wasted an entire morning on these dirt bags. No social media presence to speak of, and trust me I checked. I took the bus all the way from where I live in downtown out to their store only to find that they were not open even though the hours on here, on their website, and the front door said they should be. Well, you just lost a customer. Get your act together.

Talk about amazing customer service. Dropped my computer off on Monday picked it up Thursday with a new hard drive installed. Works like new and they were able to explain all the problems to me and give me a quote.

Gave the store a call a few weeks back and was given all the info I needed over the phone, no hassle, very informative. Dealt with Tim a few days ago for the assembly of a new PC. Tim did a phenomenal job for me, he was honest, direct and considerate throughout the process. He was very expedient in the assembly of a very large and (in my opinion) in depth build and I couldn’t be happier about his work! Fell in love with the new Baldur’s Gate 3 and this new build meant I was moving a lot of old parts. Having my new pc built so quickly was so rewarding for me and I so appreciate Tim for all his work!!I intend to use this location for any future computer related services and purchases and I also intend to spread the good word to anyone I know of looking for the same stuff in town!

I mostly use my ALLinONE desktop as a second screen for work and sometimes I use it for my music. Upon the entire hard drive failing I noticed it had been extremely slow which is why I stopped using it so much. My cpu crashed on Sunday and this great established was one of few open. Tim was great from the moment I walked in. Explained the issue and he knew right away how to fix it! Within 2 days he had it fixed and ready to go! The guy is a beast! ALSO she runs way faster Omg!

These guys are awesome. Can’t recommend enough, they helped me with my PC every step of the way and the prices are very fair. Definitely will go here any time my computer has issues.
