We have been working with Alphagraphics for many many years and hope to have many more years with them. This is one example of how AMAZING they are. Yesterday we ran out of some production tags that are very detrimental to our business. Typically these tags are custom-made to order with an approximate 14-day lead time. I was put in a very awkward place knowing that production at my work was going to stop in its tracks for 2 weeks. I reached out to Michelle over at Alphagraphics and told her my situation. I asked if there was anything at all she could do for me and she told me that she would do her best to find a solution. Approximately 3 hrs later, she called me and said that she and Cole could print me 1000 of the production tags that were now ready to be picked up. I was amazed that they were able to make it happen so quickly. At the time that I first called Alphagraphics it only took Cole and Michelle a few hours to get our business back in production. For me, that completely redefines going above and beyond. What AMAZING results a business can produce?AMAZING people is a beautiful thing. I just wish more businesses put customers first and made such professional products as Alphagraphis does. GREAT JOB to Michelle and Cole!
