Unfortunately, I needed to print celebration of life programs for my sons home going to Jesus. He was killed in a car accident and with all of the things swirling around, we started to run out of time to have them printed. I didn't want to use just anyone, like a quick print place. We needed them to look professional, as best as we could for our son.
I spoke with the West Ave location and one of the designers went out of his way to ensure the programs were printed the very next day. He didn't even charge me the rush fee I offered to pay.
I am so grateful to AlphaGraphics for being human, helping in easing just a little bit of pain, not adding on to it. They helped us heal in just a little way and it meant the world to a grieving mom and dad. Thank you again AlphaGraphics.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I called here to see if they could do a print and mail job with super short notice, I spoke with Anthony and he made it happen. They do an amazing job and really work hard to make sure they get your projects done when you need them. I will be using them for all of my future projects. Highly recommend!!

We hired them to install environmental graphics in our office which included five different projects. Each project had an issue, from poor installation and elements falling off the walls to scratches on metal artwork and pixelated graphics. The cherry on top was their faulty installation of an indoor full-wall vinyl that started peeling off the wall less than a year later. The original artwork they produced for this graphic was pixelated and instead of removing it from the wall, they installed the new version we created on top which made the vinyl too heavy for the adhesive. The graphic was peeling from every corner in a conference room where we host client meetings. When we reached out to them for a remedy, they offered to pay for half of a new installation. We have chosen to pay someone else to do it right rather than pay them again for a job that wasn't done correctly the first time.

We only got this sign 2 years ago and it looks like this. We called to find out about using the warranty and we were told that it is only for one year. They offered us 15% off our next sign purchase. We decided to call around because for the cost of these signs it shouldn't have gone so fast and other signed put in before this in our complex don't look like this. Just ours and another business in our location who both used this company and had them put in at the same time. After several other signage businesses saw pictures of our signs, they explained this happened due to negligence with the placing of the vinyl (multiple other places said that for this to happen it's because the wrong side of the vinyl is put to the front and possibly wrong type of vinyl used as well). We just want other people to be aware of this because while the people are nice the sign was very poor quality.
