I came into the San Pedro location with a problem. The manager was very helpful, even though I did not purchase anything. This is why I have come back when I am purchasing electronics. Customer service means a lot!

The company carries all things computer related. My past experience with them is if I need something computer related it’s off to Altex. Today I needed an item for connecting my Apple phone or pad to my t.v. They have the products needed. I arrived home connected the items and realized the cable wasn’t connected correctly. That is because Apple has designed their product with their special cables.I said all of that because I had to return the item. The gentleman assisted me and suggested either the Apple Store or Best Buy could assist with my needs.Thanks for assisting me and giving me a refund. Always, Altex first.

Great service customer service, I really felt heard and acknowledged when speaking. we spent a small amount of time picking out a new PSU, and we even got some great advice about lots possible issues witch my current pc. Overall I would recommend coming here, and will come here every time I have an issue

Always a good store to visit for your electronic needs. I was able to find an RJ-45 splitter and review some switches and hubs.While visiting, I also turned in a router and some old laptops and an iPad for recycling.The team at the hwy-281 & Bitters area location is always very helpful.

Altex is my "goto" for odd computer or network related tools, adapters, batteries, network hardware, etc. Clear aisles, well lit, clean, well labeled.... And the staff is very helpful.

Altex was so awesome to work with on building a gaming PC which they completed our order in less than 24 hours. Larry the manager was so helpful and knowledgeable which he took time to get to know us and explain the process.

Great place for those computer parts you cannot get in on of the big box stores. They aren't as good as when they sold passive electronics, but there are other stores for that. They definitely promote the get it now tax as compared with online retailers though.
