Lily was able to fit me in as a walk-in at the very end of the day and she put me with Angie who is a master and they don’t call her master for nothing. She is amazing. She did a full set in such a short amount of time and did not hurt me pinched me nothing she was perfect. My lashes look amazing and Lily was just so accommodating. I wish I lived in this area so I could go see them all the time experience.

After many many years of being an amazing lash member, I finally cancelled my membership.
For years now I’ve said that I would not recommend amazing lash to anyone and the reasons I’ve kept my membership is due to grandfathered monthly membership pricing and the convenience of having several locations.
My lash fall out has been horrible lately (atleast 6 months), but even before that, I was always given the “shedding” excuse. Keeping my lashes full had become expensive. One stylist said I had clumped lash glue and that I should take a break, but my next visit stylist said everything looked fine. The issue is more than likely they’re in house products that aren’t quality products.
I’ve since gotten my lashes done else where and have had very little fall out. I cancelled my membership and unfortunately have a monthly credit available that can’t be used on products, only services so that’s more money down the drain.
Ladies, don’t go here.

Don’t go here expecting quality customer service, especially when there is a problem. I went in for a lash lift 4 days ago and my lashes look exactly the same. I paid 90 dollars for nothing. When i shared my feelings with lash technician, she stated next time she will put notes to leave on solution longer and she had a hard time getting my lashes to stick to curling rod. She should've assessed my lashes prior and advised i am not a good candidate for lash lift. I also shared my unhappiness with front desk and it was like she didn't hear me. I called numerous times requesting full or partial refund and advise management is very busy and will call me back. 4 days later still no call. Yesterday i received a text link from Amazing Lash to submit a google review. What a joke?!

5 stars for most of the Master Lash Techs! Membership and management leave a lot to be desired. Long story short I ADORE AMY MASTER lash technician! Even after the Asst Manager canceled my account after I complained about my first service with their Master AND TRAINER )thought I'd be getting the best, got what looked like 10 lashes on each eye. Went for fills early (figured what the heck, if this is as good as it gets I'll cancel). NIGHT AND DAY. The next master I went to gave me AMAZING LASHes And I left a very nice review stating the same. Because I did a refill early, my account has been out of whack from the get go and I had to pay out of pocket last time. When I mentioned that was because my firs time left a lot to be desired, so I had come for a refill early, the front desk girl offered to change my draft date to remedy the issue, and asked if 8 would like her to email management. I said yes and thanked her. Apparently when changed my draft date it dropped the credit I had on my account. When I asked, if they are aware of this why is their team not trained to identify this, she got annoyed. When I pointed out that I would expect a MASTER AND THE TRAINER to know better than to show up for my appt smelling of onions, she seemed annoyed. When I explained that the information I was sharing was in hopes they might address it, she got annoyed. She also accused be of being disrespectful. I was not, but I call BS WHEN I smell it. After reading some more reviews posted about Amazing Lash, I found that O am not the only one that felt that the management team is there, and are the only ones with access to make corrections to their accounts because their job looks like it is to make sure they do not issue any refunds. In addition, being aware that your system has a habit of negating funds o. Your customers accounts when they make changes to their draft date, seems like something you would want to fix or at least really keep an eye on. It seemed more like it was one of many excuses they offered,. I cannot help but wonder if that is intentional? How many more customers do they have like I was previously that just try to be pleasant and not make waves, when they are being asked to pay out of pocket for something where you believe you should have funds available. When I would not accept the Asst manager's excuses and deflections, and corrected her when she suggested that I had done something to cause them to look so bad 2 days after my appt. (I took pictures in my car after my appt but apparently I deleted them). I am still a member because my new MASTER lash tech is THE ABSOLUTE BEST! See photos. They loaded out of order.

I have a major complaint about my lash membership at Amazing Lash Sonterra Village, 427 North Loop 1604 West ste 108 SATX 78232. My usual senior stylist Erica often cancels the day of my appointments. Often, it is due to an emergency, which I don't believe is the case. I usually book my entire schedule a month in advance, perfectly to avoid any last minute cancellations or reschedules. This caused me to cancel a Sunday appt just to get in asap at 9a with a master stylist. That was my only option for a reschedule. I was told by the front desk lady, Lily, that I would have to pay the $20 master stylist fee. I told her that due to the last-minute cancel and inconvenience, I should be waived this fee. She said it wasn't her fault that the master fee was not waived. I told her that when I spoke to her the day of cancel, I expected for her to speak to a manager about doing something for free for this inconvenience! She said that she did speak to a manager and that they would give me free volumes. That was NEVER communicated to me when I arrived for my rescheduled appointment! She's telling me this, AFTER the fact. She was very rude and should not be working at your facilities. Especially since she never communicated to me or the stylist the free volumes for the last-minute cancel of my appointment. I've been a member for over the years, and this is frustrating and acceptable behavior. It was the worst customer service I've ever had. Please contact me to rectify this, or I will have no choice but to cancel my membership. I will also have to submit a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.

I paid for a full set and my lashes starting falling off frequently that same day, and the next. I called them to see if I could go back to fix it and they granted me an adjustment for only 30min. My stylist did what she could in 30 minutes but could not finish a full set in time. So, they said I had to pay again to get another appointment booked.
I paid for a full set the first time but never got one. Now I have to pay for a refill appointment.
I am sorry but I am not happy with this service. I am not coming back.

I’ve barely had my lashes done less than a week and they have been dry and brittle since day 1. NOT worth the almost $200 that I spent! Will be canceling my membership and NEVER EVER using this last studio again. Do NOT recommend. (Picture was taken on day 3 and lashes came out while gently brushing them with their lash brush, and only used their products)

This is the only location I go to! Ever since I started getting my lashes done by Sabrina I have seen a difference in fall out and quality. She is very sweet and listens/executes the look you are looking for. The staff is also friendly and accommodating. 5 stars!

I’ve been a member for a long time. I’ve been with many talented stylists but as soon as they graduate to a master I have to switch to another senior. I’ve been with Erica for quite awhile and I couldn’t be happier with her. She’s a sweetheart and a terrific stylist!

I’ve been coming to this studio for a very long while now. I love Brooke. She is an amazing tech. I rarely let anyone else touch my Lashes if it can be helped however, I cannot say the same for the rest of the staff. Recently, there have been two or three occasions, where I’ve arrived and not been able to have been taken care of or arrived, and walked out because of the immature way I’m handled by Staff, only to be charged my credit when I’m the customer and left because of how things were handled not because I couldn’t make my appointment. I am ready to cancel my membership I thought about maybe trying another location first. Hopefully a different location is run better and cares more about their paying clients.

Have always had a great experience but this most recent time Kaitlyn did my lashes & she was so kind & attentive/conscious of my sensitive eyes! She did phenomenal!
