Y’all, I went here today and Sadie was my tech! We did a lash lift, brow lamination, and tint. I was going for a natural look, and she absolutely nailed it. I highly recommend booking with Sadie! She checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, especially since your eyes are closed for a large portion of the treatment. I’m so happy with how everything turned out!

Been going to Alamo Ranch location since moving here and I’ve been nothing but happy and satisfied every single time! When and if I ever have an issue, they fix it immediately. The ladies up front are so nice. Very quick check in & check out. Once you’ve gone so many times, they greet you by name when you walk in the door, which I love. My go to lash girlie is ALEX. She’s so good!! Quick but she pays attention to details & the style you want and makes sure to deliver your special look every session. My lashes look great every time without fail!! She’s also very gentle which I appreciate so much.
Also want to mention- The Manager, Riley is so graceful and helpful. She went above and beyond for me this past week on something that had nothing to do with their location. I can’t express how appreciative I am. All these girlies take care of you here! 100/10 recommend Alamo Ranch Amazing Lash! 🤍

I absolutely love this place. The staff are always so kind and helpful, and Saffron does an incredible job with my lashes and brows. I seriously wouldn’t switch to another salon. It’s always spotless and comfortable.

I originally went to this lash studio as soon as it opened to be a model for the lashes. I loved the way my lashes looked.
They let me get a few products for maintaining the lashes with points I was given. Overall, I decided I had to give up on getting a fill so often and cancel my membership with them due to the price and especially for charging extra for more experienced technicians/artists.
Very nice location, I only wish they would put some type of music in every room. It was a little too quite this last time. I loved it when I was rocking out with one of the girls for the 2 hours I had to lay there with my eyes closed and a very bright light shining on my face.
Also, was kind of annoying having to remember to keep up with biweekly appointments.

I’ve been coming to this location for a little over two years and have always had a great experience with every technician I’ve worked with.
I especially want to recognize Evie, who was my lash tech before my schedule changed and Theresa, who I see now, both are amazing at what they do. Appointments with them always start on time and the quality of service meets expectations every appointment. I ALWAYS leave feeling beautiful-a confidence booster for me. I ALWAYS leave feeling that my money was well spent-an important factor for me. I follow post appointment instructions and do not have excessive fallout out.
The whole front desk team is also wonderful. Kaitlin made my transition seamless when I needed to pause my membership and address some medical/health issues and later helped me get signed back up.
Everyone from check-in to check-out is professional, friendly, and attentive. Thanks Alamo ranch studio!

I went to Amazing Lash Studio today for the first time, and I had such a great experience! Sadie was super kind and helpful she really listened to what I wanted and made sure my lashes came out exactly how I imagined. She was so careful and gentle throughout the whole process and I could tell she truly cared about doing a great job. The studio itself was clean, relaxing, and overall a really nice environment. I’m so happy with how my lashes turned out — definitely coming back! 💕

Sadie is my go to at Amazing Lash Studio. She is very passionate and ensures her clients are provided top notch customer service. Additionally, she provides transparency and provides awareness. I always schedule my services with her and work around my schedule to ensure I am scheduled with her. If you’re looking for someone I highly recommend Sadie!

My stylist Sadie is fantastic!!! Im never disappointed with my lashes after seeing her.
She always has the most welcoming attitude and is so knowledgeable, you can truly tell how much she loves her job.
I’d recommend her to anyone that’s looking for a stylist!! The girls at the front desk are also great, they’re always so nice and willing to help with any questions or concerns you might have. I highly recommend this location, I’ve only ever had great experiences here!

I got my lashes done 7/10/2025 for my birthday. Prior to this I’ve only been to this place once, years ago. Anyway, I got the classic set. Was done in an hour and 45 minutes. I didn’t get them wet for 48 hours like I was instructed. Today is 7/13/2025 and I’ve noticed a lot of lashes fell off while I was washing my lashes. I called to let them know but they want to charge me $60 something for a touch up. I would understand if it was a week or two later, but it’s only been a few days and I don’t feel like the lashes should be falling off this much. It’s not even my natural lash coming off as well, just the lash extension itself. I’m also having my baby in a week and wanted to have them looking nice for pictures. It happens to be raining today and don’t feel comfortable driving as I’m nine months pregnant so I wouldn’t be able to go get my “touch up” anyway and today makes 3 days so I guess today is my cut off to go back? I don’t know but I do expect to be contacted by a manager or director, since that’s what the woman on the phone told me. Just want to share my experience.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for years. I went here off of a recommendation, and it was uncomfortable. The lashes don’t look anything like I asked, for. They’re not very well applied, tried to explain that my eyes should not be burning as they’re putting the lashes on if everything is being done correctly, ignored my comments, and then charged me a ridiculous amount of money you can go elsewhere and get way better lashes, and other places, don’t waste your money here!!

I recently moved from Washington state where I had the same lash specialist for years. When I moved to San Antonio, I researched places that had good reviews for lash lifts. I came across Amazing lashes on 1604 and had a great experience. I returned and have settled with a lash specialist that I’m very pleased with, Saffron. Saffron is very meticulous, gentle, and consistent. The team at amazing lashes on 1604 is extremely polite, friendly, and overall provides great customer service. I also personally love all the appointment reminders:-) thank you ladies!
