Let me begin to say, shame on these associates and "management" team. I'm an ASM for a retail so and the experience I just received 4:00pm on 10/1/2023 was absolutely horrible. 1st out of 2 visits in the same day. In retail all staff should greet customers NO matter how busy the floor is. There was not one associate out 5-8 employees who did not greet us, or any of the few customers after us, as I am on the floor, there are groups of girls together and as my husband is waiting for me to browse he said he over hears them talking about "guys".. he noticed the same thing WHO WERE EMPLOYEES & WHO WASN'T?? CONTINUE.. 1st visit I needed help understanding a return, if there even could be one using rewards on an item being I didn't pay anything but had a $35 dollar reward and that is how I was able to get my item. They told me I had to call customer service. So as I call I over heard another girl ask the little girl who gave me the number what happened. She moved passed her face so I could see what she saw. Which was no secret but okkk. I got customer service on the phone, they advised me they could receive the item REGARDLESS if a reward was used (fyi in case somebody else has this issue) and that the reward would go back on the account with in a few hours sometimes a few seconds. So they finish the return. I leave. We are walking back to leave the mall and being they are a bigger store compared to the store I work near I chose to stop in and use that reward that showsd was there that did not appear before. Instead of helping me understand or showing me the cashier looks at me out of discomfort and says, um you might have to wait for that to come back. You will have to pay full price. WHAT! It says "New" reward $35. So I will never go back to that location. I might even consider canceling AE cc as well. They have issues updating account information but are quick to take your payment. I'm so upset. This is my local mall. So now I will travel further to just hopefully get better customer service than this. Do better AMERICAN EAGLE NORTHSTAR!!!!

Store was kept up with clean and employees were really nice. Went in to get some different sizes and get a few extras. The made it easy and quick definite recommend. Items were neatly stocked and store was nice.

Came in looking to exchange a item, Spoke a manager Maddie, because of her I will no longer be going to that specific store, worst customer experience ive ever had. I understand if it may be outside of policy, which from what i understand wasnt, By the far the rudest girl ive ever spoken to.

Very nice,very organized! Had lots of help from the staff in getting several clothing items. They were out of some sizes but helped me get them online and shipped to our home!!They were awesome!

Terrible experience today!! I felt so bad for the cashier. Apparently Hailey was the one in charge and has no idea how to train or perform any type of leadership for her team! The lil gal at the register was so new and she needed help! Hailey would go up and answer her one question and walk away without further instructions…. !!! We were both left there staring at each other and then I would turn and look at Hailey again so she could come help and AGAIN SHE WOULD COME UP PUNCH SOMETHING IN THE REGISTER AND WALK AWAY!!! My whole exchange process took way too long and absolutely embarrassed the new cashier. This is not the way to train employees!!! Terrible job Hailey. I asked what that supervisors name was and walked out! Hailey needs training on how to properly train her team! And customer service! She barely talked. Acted as if the lil gal was such a bother to her! And made me feel as a customer that I was a bother. Rude Hailey.

Great customer service. Store was very clean. The merchandise is Very expensive. $45 to $50 for one pair of jean shorts. You'll find the same merchandise at other stores cheaper.
