Highly recommended. My partner and I have a catering business here in SA Tx. We've been renting from this location 4 years now. We have never had an issue of theft. They always have clean & tidy units which are temperature controlled. Moses and Jill are very skilled committed to customer satisfaction, they are professional minded and diligent securing doors and notify customers. Providing great service and this location is only mins from my residence. Mgt should reward these employees with a bonus for such good service, good people like this are hard to find.

Moses was so HELPFUL! I’ve never rented a storage unit before and it was absolutely wonderful having someone walk me through the process as thoroughly as he did! The facility is clean and nice. I loved the convenience of the location and I feel like my money is well spent!

Very cool people. They made me feel like family and explained everything thoroughly. Good prices, and clean units. I love the temperature control, good lighting and their cameras make me feel safe. Great place to rent!

Been renting a unit here for several years. Very clean and have never had any problems. They even gave me a call one time I forgot to look up my unit. Very helpful.

Really like this facility. Moses and all the staff are really wonderful, helpful, and friendly. My storage is always clean and air conditioning is always working. I’ve never seen any pest or bugs. I’m very happy with Storage Star!

Great service, location, and nice place. We rented here for years, and Mo has helped us greatly! We recently moved, so unfortunately checked-out of our unit, but would defiantly recommend renting here to anyone needing storage.
