Set appt for eye exam online for glasses/contact lenses. Got there at appropriate time and was in there less than an hour. EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful from the time you walk in and out. Affordable as well. Highly recommend

I highly recommend…… not coming here. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and lazy. New client, first appointment. All I asked was for pricing for an eye exam, the receptionist didn’t know and soon enough I was sent to to do the exam. I asked the examiner, she was rude, didn’t know, and seemed annoyed the fact I wanted to know! I give them my insurance info, and the receptionist looks it up and another staff memeber tells her she has to call. When she doesn’t, that staff just tells me it’s not accepted and it’d have to be out of pocket. Usually I don’t mind, but at this point, she didn’t even try!!! Pure laziness!!!! Meanwhile, dts at Omni vision (5 minutes away), they were so helpful. Recommend them instead ??♀️ save the stress, the money. Please get your employees on check! I didn’t mind the money, even now I don’t even have an answer to my question, how much for an eye exam???♀️

I’m never coming back to this place again, they are very unprofessional and one of the staff who was helping me made me feel super uncomfortable she took off her shoe and was rubbing her crusty foot on my shoe the whole time??? (idk her name but she had a beard and a unibrow)

Waste of time.I recommend not going to this company at allI went in Mid October for a new prescription and still don't have usable glasses in December. They are unethical and predatory in their sales tactics as they were willing to sell lenses that are not compatible with astigmatism.When I received the everyday glasses on 24 November 2023, I was told by the General Manager that I would need to get used to the blurry peripheral vision. This is unacceptable because it is the first time in my life I was unable to see from a prescription set of glasses. Coping with Combat PTSD from my time in the Infantry is difficult enough when I see my surroundings, but being told to get used to it was outright disrespectful.I went to their competitor that day on 24 November 2023 and received the prescription with all of the accessories I wanted within a few days, 28 November 2023. I am still waiting for the replacement lenses from America's Best as the General Manager said she would make it right after destroying 2 pairs of Ray Ban Original Wayfarer's that were brought directly from the manufacturer.Don't waste your time.

My experience was ok but could have been better. The doctor seemed annoyed and rushing through the procedure. But everyone else was nicer and more relaxed.

No star at all, the lady in front desk i believe abby. RUDE has no patience at all. Were not all familiar with eye experience. Expecting us to know everything, thats why we come to yall for help. And then gets mad bc were confused on what our options are. If you dont like your job, its not our fault. If you want a good attitude, give us one also.

Don’t do business with them. My husband and I had our eye exams and purchased glasses there on June 30, 2023 and in July. The manager helped me with my glasses. She never mentioned it or asked if I wanted reading, intermediate and long distance glasses. She never asked me if I wanted a warranty. She just charged me for it. I had to tell her to take it off. I am experiencing dizziness. I called to verify that they gave me bifocals. They did not. She did not explain this to me at time of purchase. Now they want to charge $184 to change it to bifocals. Spoke to the same manager that originally ordered my glasses. She will not do anything about it. My husband also had to return his glasses for the same reason.

I've had issues with my eyes for years so I often use places to get my eye exam and glasses. Sometimes waiting hours and dealing with unprofessional and unknowledgeable employees. I was in and out very quickly. I have never had such a positive interchange with customer service. I received the best customer service from the Westover America Best.I was welcomed by the reception and checked in. No problem she was on top of everything. She was multitasking without missing a beat.I was then sent to the first examining room where the tech did a thorough job and answered all my questions . She helped me to relax . She was cheerful and seemed very happy with what she does. Very professional and personable. Sorry I didn't get her name.Next, the doctor was articulate and professional. She examined everything for me and made sure I understood each step by step. She was genuinely cared about my issues and was very knowledgeable. (I've been to others that couldn't explain why I was having issues). She did.Okay now I have to find glasses. Usually these types of places put pressure on you and in the past it felt like a customer at a used car lot. Not sure if they get commissions.Lawanda was very sensitive about my needs and hesitation. She never tried to point me in the high dollar glasses. I never felt any pressure.I haven't met anyone in customer service that made me feel special and just not a customer.I appreciate that! Lawanda sat with me while I drilled her with questions about different styles and additional add ons. There's so many options it can be overwhelming but Lawanda was on it. She explained everything to me and made me comfortable in my decision. By the time I left she actually had me laughing. That's hard for me to do sometimes . She is professional yet personable. Definitely an asset to this organization. I plan on referring others and will continue to use there services. Thank you all much.

The most rudest customer service ever! Puts you on hold forever and then when they answer, briefly provides a response and then hangs up. Do not come to this place!! Was trying to get the results of my son's last eye exam as I am out of state getting him glasses as his broke and they tell me, you would need to come in person to pick it up because of HIPA, didn't even give Me a chance to explain and then hangs up. AWFUL SERVICE!!!
