They sold my husband a truck and did not give us the paperwork. Then, the next day the check engine light came on. He took it in to have it serviced, they turned the light off, then on the way home it turned on again. I took it down there and got a rental car so they could hopefully fix it this time, and he just got a call saying it’s going to cost $700 for an O2 sensor repair. I want to note that I live in Bandera which is over an hour away. We bought the extended warranty that covers this type of thing. They are disorganized, and nobody knows what’s going on. I gave them two starts instead of one because the girl who helped me get my rental car was very nice.

Very professional greeting and getting started. Reviewed wants and needs. Went to see a pre-owned Murano that had sold. Settled on vehicle I needed and chose one from the lot. The business transaction was polite and to the point. Trade in allowance for my Ram pickup was above what I expected. Left with my vehicle in less than 4 hours from time of arrival.

J Anthony at Ancira Nissan - San Antonio was beyond awesome. I was looking for an SUV that would give me everything I was looking for. Not only did he help me by suggesting an SUV he went further and was able to help get me the monthly payment less than what I was expecting. On top of that he was able to get me in a brand new SUV. I honestly was thinking of my requests a used SUV would offer me the luxury I wanted at a better monthly payment. Instead J Anthony was able to give me everything I wanted in a BRAND NEW 2024 SUV which only had 16miles and a payment less than what I expected. From beginning to end he was absolutely fabulous. He was empathetic to my needs, treated me like a person and not a sale. He was attentive to every single request I asked for in a SUV and he delivered. All this over the phone … all I had to do the next day was drive in and sign. I didn’t have to leave Laredo, look for a car, and sit in a dealership. He did everything for me through FaceTime. He treated me so well I won’t ever want to deal with any other car salesman he will be the one I will return to for any future car purchases. Everyone else at the dealership was great as well super sweet and friendly. Thanks Ancira Nissan SA and thank you J Anthony you all did great!!!

My husband and I went in on a Thursday to check out the Armadas and after explaining what payment range we were looking for; Mr. J. Flores, our sales person came back with the best deal possible. However, we wanted to give our hometown a chance to see if we could get the same or maybe a better deal than what Nissan ANCIRA in San Antonio was offering. We came back to Laredo and visited every agency that had the vehicles we were interested in; and no, not one of them was willing to work with us. Therefore, we went back to San Antonio on Sunday and the deal was still on the table for us!! We are excited to say we are now the proud owners of a 2024 Nissan Armada!! Thank you!!?

The associates were not very helpful and did not offer very good service..also they did work that they it not mention so my
bill was $300 dollars more.

We were attended to immediately by our sales person Yogin ! He listened to our experiences from a previous car dealer we went to and understood our hesitation about the car we were looking at. Ancira Nissan is good but experience with Nissan USA caused this update.
I love my car but Nissan USA has its issues. I’ve had my Rogue for a year and a half now and I am enjoying it for the most part. However, the audio system is not functioning the way it is supposed to and Nissan USA doesn’t seem to care. The dealer has ran all the tests they can and cannot find the solution. When I have my phone on Bluetooth mode and no music or calls are happening, I get a notification and the volume cranks up to 33. I usually keep my radio at 10 which is loud enough. 33 is excessive. I reported this to the Nissan dealership and they looked it over 4 different times. The 4th time they kept my vehicle for 8 days and ran 6 different tests. They connected 3 different iPhones and 2 androids and it does the same with all of them. Prior to me having it worked on, Nissan USA told me they will pay for the rental while it is being diagnosed. Unfortunately, the dealership was unable to find a fix for the issue. This happened in the rentals I had as well. The dealership tried to say it was due to settings on my phone but after they connected multiple phones, they saw this was a manufacturer issue. After I received my car back, I had to pay $400 for the rental. I called Nissan USA and they gave me the email address to send the receipt. Before I could send it, a representative called to discuss the issue. They said they will not reimburse me until the issue was fixed. Then then said I need to get it diagnosed again because I took it from the dealer and I would have to keep it there until they found a fix. All the while paying for the rental for $50 a day. As said before, the dealer had no idea of how to fix it and ran multiple tests to try and find a solution with no success. I said to Nissan USA that they need to get with their technicians in the manufacturing plant and find out why it is doing this. They said that is not their job. I then asked what their suggested solution to fix the issue and they said they are not the technicians. So all in all, my audio system still has the issue and I have to turn off the system when I need to pause the music so if a notification comes in it will not blast through my speakers. I am not the only one this is happening to. I’ve talk to a few other ms that this happens but Nissan USA does not care.

Car buying is a stressful process. I have been thinking and preparing to trade my 2015 Nissan Rogue in for some time but I was still happy with it. I did go to the used lot a few doors down but the cost of the one I was looking at was going to be just a few thousand dollars less than getting a brand new one. So I looked into it. I searched online and found that Ancira Nissan had the best prices compared to all other Nissan Dealerships in the San Antonio area. Including Boerne and New Braunfels. As soon as I arrived, Bailey finished up with what he was doing and within five minutes he was helping me decide which vehicle to get. After a lot of negotiations and having to come back the next day, because the banks were closed by the time, I am a proud first owner of a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV. The experience I have had there was great. I was looking at a SL model but was able to get the SV with the premium package. Exactly what I wanted. Shawn in the finance department broke everything down so I would better understand it. So many numbers and signatures, one can get distracted. But even Iyan, manager, was upfront and transparent. Thank you Bailey, Shawn, and Iyan for the transparency and upfront approach. You guys change the outlook of car sales.

I recently purchased a new car from Ancira Nissan in San Antonio, Texas, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, the sales and finance teams provided outstanding service.Here are the highlights:
Sales Team (Cameron Vu): Cameron was fantastic! He listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and helped me find a great deal. His friendly demeanor and great patience made the buying experience enjoyable. Cameron's Manager also went out of the way to help us get our car delivered on the same day though it was quite late in the night.
Finance Department: The finance team was quick and thorough. They explained all the financing options clearly, ensuring I understood every detail. Their efficiency made the paperwork process seamless.
Reasonable Deal: I felt I got a reasonable deal and a good price for my new car. Ancira Nissan’s transparency in pricing was refreshing.
