Fair prices, good hrs. Nice and helpful employees /owner not sure who I talked to. When I even see real people in the office. Easy to pay on line. Then person's on the phone have always been helpful answers any questions and willing to go the extra to help. ???

Lockaway Storage located on 5601 NW Loop410, are very polite, professional and willing to help when you have questions or if problems you have with your unit. They also let customers know if any problems or bad situations, if changes are done to the unit by sending emails or text. I would refer family and friends to store their belongings at Lockaway storage at 5601 NW Loop 410.
