Solid store. Helpful staff. Just wish they carried the sizes they have online also in-store. Frustrating that I have to order online to try items out only to return them when they don't work out.

The customer service is horrible.
I was looking for curvy pants, and I could not locate the section. I wanted to ask if they carried them at all in the store, and approached the register. There were no customers, I was the first one in line. However, the cashier smiled right through me and greeted someone behind me, just because the customer had something in her hands already, I guess. The cashier clearly cut me off and said she has a customer to check out.
OK, I turned around, and there was another store associate moving across the store. She looked at me and as soon as I opened my mouth intending to ask about curvy's, she cut me off and said that she was busy too.
Never again I will stop by this particular store.
Why would the management allow such an attitude?
This store is intimidating and uncomfortable. No wonder, they have no customers there on weekend. I remember times, Ann Taylor stores were packed.
I have been shopping at Ann Taylor for over 20 years. This happened at the Huebner and IH10 location on Sunday, June 9 at around 2:30 pm. I cannot say that the store was packed with customers. There were maybe 2 other people besides me.

Ann Taylor has brought back quality clothing, fabric and stitching. Also return to classic timeless styles with a bit of modern accents. Very knowledgeable, professional staff. Excellent stylists. Stopped buying Ann Taylor years ago when quality deteriorated, but have purchased many items from their new collection and will return in the Fall for the new Fall/Winter collection. Ann Taylor is now a favorite!

My wife went here over the weekend after she asked for a dress to be held for her to try on. She worked with Audrey for two visits and she was phenomenal. On our last visit over the weekend, we were helped by Ava. She was extremely attentive to my wife’s needs and, needless to say, we will be returning here for both my wife and daughter.

Y'all have no idea how much I love Ann Taylor!I've been purchasing clothes from Ann Taylor for the past decade because they are one of the few brands that make clothes for petite girls like myself. Their sizes have been consistent for years and I can trust that whatever I buy online it will definitely fit me. However, I had to return a couple things last week because I was not in love with the textile on some items, and the ladies at this location were super helpful! Frankly this was my first time at this store since pre-pandemic, and was surprised to see how small their petite section is currently. Regardless of that, I was able to find some cute items to purchase during my visit. If you are an Ann Taylor fan like myself, highly recommend getting their credit card!

I was very disappointed in this location. This coming from a former employer with the company I was upset with the customer service. I walked into the store to pick up my purchase and employees were in the back doing build outs. I waited at the counter patiently because I understand that sometimes you get caught up doing things. Two of the associates made eye contact with me and failed to acknowledge me. I was standing at the counter, obviously I need assistance. After waiting for 5 minutes, I approached the ladies to tell them I had a curbside order. The manager did help me but I was just so disappointed that when I walked in no one said anything. Someone could have walked in, stolen something and they would have never known.

The manager was flamboyantly rude. The staff was very quiet and cold. This isn’t high end retail so why is the manager acting so snobbish?
