Do yourself a favor and do not waste any of your time or money on this business. If I could give no stars to save you from the experience I absolutely would. They do not care about their customers at all and lie to you at every opportunity to try and shut you up. I went in for a test and was told the results would be in in a week and that I would receive them in an email. I called back a week later after not receiving anything and I was told my test was suspended simply because gender was not checked off. Even though they had multiple means of contacting me I did not receive a single call or email and would have never known the test was suspended if I hadn’t called back myself. I specified gender and was told results would be in the next day at the latest. I called the next day and was told I had to wait until 5 for a manager to access my results. I went in person to this location at 5 and the manger had no idea what was going on. They could not even give me a reason the results weren’t in. After calling their supervisor I was told the lab that tests for them closes at 5 and there was nothing that could be done about it that day. Not only did the employee’s push off something that could have been done earlier in the day so they wouldn’t have to do it (specifically a woman named vanessa), but the supervisor that I spoke with did not care in the slightest when I explained the situation and just told me it was “out of their hands”. Please don’t waste your time here

Smoth, fast, and easy. Midea was very helpful and made the visit here conveniently smooth. There was no line and was in and out! Definitely recommend for your drug testing needs!

Sept 11, 2024 I went and got legal DNA testing for court done. They said about 14 days and I’ll have the results back. It is now Dec 3, 2024 and I still have ZERO results! I spent almost $600 and still no results back! Shameful. They just pocketed my money and did nothing! I called several times and they don’t answer the phone. They said “we’re going to look into it!” 3 freaking months and NOTHING! I want a refund to go somewhere else that will provide me with information for the test! Worst place. Go somewhere else!
Now I have extra legal fees because the DNA results didn’t get back in a timely manner. Are you going to pay me EXTRA legal fees because YOU failed? An extra $450 because I didn’t have the results until 3 months after!
Go somewhere else!
