I initially loved this location- Donna is great! but after having an ongoing issue over not receiving a refund when the owner assured me I would be getting one, I would not get a membership here again. The first 2 times I called over this issue the owner immediately answered, but since then I have not heard a single word back, all calls go to voicemail, and no refund received. There’s many other locations, I recommend those over this one.

I signed up through Active and Fit Direct and when I went to get a membership here I was told at the door that there would be an additional $40 fee. Through the Active and Fit program there should be no additional charges. I confirmed with A&F and they said that the gym should NOT charge anything additional. It seemed like the lady made it up on the spot. So instead I enrolled with a different Anytime Fitness who did not charge me any additional fees. So now I have access to ALL locations. I don’t know why this location would try to get additional money from customers going through this program when other locations do not. It’s honestly so silly because the Castle Hills location took great care of me and on top of that I have access to the Huebner gym and I don’t have to pay any made up fees. However I will not return to the Huebner location because of this experience. The lady was happy to give me all this information at the door instead of providing good service then she happily watched me leave because I “couldn’t” pay $40.

I love it here at 1-3AM ALL TO MYSELF !! The bathroom is way better than my first visit. The manager really does take notes

I love the gym here. It's rarely crowded and has plenty of equipments to use. Everyone was really nice especially Alfonso. It's a great place to getting in a great workout while being close to home.

I just went to this facility last morning and I loved the amount of quality equipment and atmosphere. It reminded me so much, though not as big, as the Audi Murphy gym from Fort Benning. Will definitely keep coming back.

This gym is very spacious with a wonderful variety of both free weights and machines. It is always clean and offers numerous cleaning stations with both hand sanitizer and antibacterial wipes. The fact that it’s open 24 hours makes it possible for me to bring my son with special needs when the gym is quiet and not crowded. The single person bathrooms are also helpful and offer privacy. Al has always been extremely accommodating and encouraging of us! We really appreciate him!

This is the best gym in San Antonio. The Owner and trainers are always welcoming like family quite frankly feel like the neighborhood gym that everyone goes to and knows everyone. During the snow storm this gym opened its doors to me to use their bathrooms because I was out of power and water. Thank you Al. We appreciate you and all you do.
