I love how it's not crazy busy like some other gyms. Don't want to feel rushed or have someone waiting for me to finish up. Very quiet...peaceful..and a good place to go.

Got active and fit. And called two other locations. One on Alamo ranch had to have an appointment for a membership two days away. And tezel forces you to pay $50 trainer fee. Whether you want it or not. I came here and spoke with Vanessa. She is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I’m glad I came 20 minutes. She made it worth it. So far 4 other people weee in the gym. No influencers. Everyone pretty chill. And good music. It seems clean so far. Thanks again Vanessa!

Vanessa was exceptional,I would have gone to Gold's gym hadn't it been for her superb sales skills. I've already told several of my friends and neighbors to join.Thank you and thank you Vanessa. Great job!

WHERE IS THE STAFF?????? I went in earlier today at 3pm because there is a sign that said “be back by 3pm”, and there was no one there.It is now 4:10pm, and there is STILL no one there.I’m trying to get a membership going and it’s impossible to find someone.When you call it just goes to a personal trainer’s voicemail or something ????????Someone please HELP!

Started going about a week ago, super clean gym, staff are welcoming and really helpful. The manager Vanessa got me in the door just to try out the experience, and it’s been a great and quiet place to GET IN MY PUMPS!!!

Clean facility, All the equipment you need, courteous staff, and unlike some of the larger brand gyms you are able to go in and hit whichever muscle group you had planned effectively as the gym typically isn't overflowing with members.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I got my membership at this location in November of 2020. Sure, it's a bit more expensive than other gyms, but I talked myself into the ludicrous idea that I might want to work out in the middle of the night or something. As far as facilities, they are fine. I wasn't dissatisfied, but also wasn't impressed. They have one of all of the normal machines along with some treadmills and ellipticals packed into a space that is only slightly too small. You get the idea. It's a gym. The real problem with this company is the way they lock you into the membership. Once you sign up for a membership, you're stuck in a 12 of 24 month contract THAT AUTO-RENEWS BY DEFAULT. Want to cancel early? That will be $50. Get a permanent disability? Still $50 to cancel. I swear there's a line of their contract that says if you die, you STILL HAVE TO PAY $50 TO CANCEL! And the worst part? You need to give them 30 days written notice to do anything, so once you try to cancel or stop you auto renew, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE NEXT MONTH TOO In August of 2021 I moved and have been plagued by monthly costs that are seemingly impossible to cancel ever since. First I tried to cancel online, but of course that isn't an option. Next, I tried to cancel over they phone but was told that was not allowed. Finally, I had to mail a CERTIFIED letter-- a ridiculous requirement that is designed just to be difficult enough that you won't do it. And after all that? I was just informed I would be charged for February because I didn't give 30 days notice. The entire system is set up to get every last penny out of the customer, because at the end of the day; they don't care about anything but the money. There are cheaper and better managed gyms out there. This place is just not worth the hassle.

The gym is nice and clean. Do NOT sign up for a contract here! God forbid you move. I'm stuck paying for a gym membership I don't use and moved far away from. This location requires you to get with them IN PERSON to freeze or do anything with your account. Worst experience ever to even try and understand my balance.I'm all for paying off your contract but Covid times are tough and this location is NOT helpful.

Treadmills rarely work, equipment is in disrepair (components broken or missing, pads deteriorated, etc), air conditioning is not working, even the water fountains don’t work properly.It’s marginally clean.When I spoke to the manager about the issues, he made excuses.Plenty of Anytime Fitness Centers out there. Pick a different one or go to Golds.
