Poor service ! 30 minutes to show and you can buy watch!! crazy never mind buying if you have to make a line 15 min to make an appointment, then takes 30 minutes to wait !!!

Very busy, and had to wait some past my appointment time. However the team kept in contact and got me then care of quickly. They were also very attentive and aware with one another of my issue so that j didn't have to continue to repeat myself.

Was going to enter but Security had 3 extra clips of ammunition so he had 40-50 bullets on his person . Either he is a really bad shot and should not be carrying a gun or he thinks war is going to break out in mall .... I will shop there with a dangerous person like that in there!

Horrible service and wait time even with appointment first appointment was at 3:20pm got serviced almost at 7pm, second appointment was at 2:05pm and no service what so ever definitely a horrible experience. Due to this definitely switching devices they are incompetent and unprofessional overall.

Not sure what the point of having a repair reservation is if they take about 45 minutes to speak to you, and then when you come back to pick up your repaired phone they make you wait an extra hour after your scheduled pickup time.

Just beware of purchasing any new phones here. The people are extremely impatient and don't care about saving your stuff. They are all just chit chatting and constantly checking their watches waiting to be done with you.
