Great experience at this location. A gentleman by the name of Jonny S. helped us out. Went above and beyond to get 2 iPhones working again. Didn’t have to help us since we made no apt and came in a bit late on a Friday. He even declined taking a tip! Super nice and knowledgeable. Thanks Jonny S from Apple la Cantera. This location of Apple, which is situated within La Cantera in San Antonio, Texas, is a fantastic spot to shop for, or pick-up, your Apple items!! I recently visited to turn in a 10-year-old Mac laptop for a credit, and pick-up a new Mac that I had purchased. I had a wonderful experience when I visited, as the staff were incredibly kind & helpful. Further, the store was super clean + well-kept. Despite it being busy during my visit, the Apple team kept things moving very efficiently for the customers as well! Again, this Apple location is excellent - highly recommend!

I’ve come to this store several times and honestly it’s always a bad experience. Every visit is for something super simple — buying a phone, or like today, getting my Mac monitor checked — and it still turns into a whole ordeal.
What’s the point of making an appointment if they leave you sitting there forever? No one tells you how long it’s going to take. I work, I have things to do… I’m not here just to waste my day.
If you can, go to the Apple Store at North Star Mall instead. They’re way more helpful, they treat you well, and they actually have stuff in stock. This location really needs to step it up.

The staff was more focused on chatting amongst themselves than helping me. I felt like I had to coerce the staff into showing me which iMacs they had in stock so I could buy in the store rather than online.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Managers are rude and forget their jobs exist because of the consumer. Bought a new phone and received a "remanufactured " " refurbished" phone!!! 3 phones later picked up another remanufactured phone and the heavy set woman gave horrible service with a sour look on her face the whole time helping. Looked miserable... like she didn't want to be there!!! For people who live in this high end area definitely not the employees you should have serving them...

I loved all the Apple Products and have purchased a lot of Apple Products. I love the Apple ecosystem and love the fact that I don’t have problems with them. I’m anxiously looking forward to purchase an Apple Product with Apple AI Apple Intelligence. I can’t say enough good things about Apple.

This is a relaxing place where you can work on your laptop and have free WIFI. The workers are very kind and helpful especially when l had an issue of getting back on the Internet.

I don't know if it's because they don't have it in stock or if the supply isn't enough to meet the demand.
But we had to come here three times a week to get the phones we wanted. They don't even take orders and we just have to go back there to pick them up. Maybe there is not only this store, but maybe this model exists all over America, it is very different from our Germany.
But that's okay, every country has a different business model, it's difficult to compare.
The staff here annoys me the most. I came into contact with a total of 4 people, 2 of whom were very enthusiastic and 2 of whom were very unprofessional.
2 enthusiastic employees inquired in detail about our needs and preferences and explained the service packages to us very clearly and in detail. But when we finished buying the phone and two other employees came to help us trade the old phones, the problem was different.
After asking me to unlock the phone screen, he continuously set it up on my old phone without any explanation. Since I use my native language (German) on my phone, I also proactively asked him if he wanted me to change it to English so it would be easier for him to use. but in return came an expressionless face with a cold answer: "The configuration is the same, I don't need to worry about the language." Then he called another employee to continue the process and left. This employee wasn't much better and didn't communicate with customers at all. Just adjust something on your phone and then tell us it's done. She just asked if we wanted to cover the phone screen and we replied, "We don't need that, thanks." In response she just said "ok" and left. They absolutely do not use honorifics in their conversations with customers. No “thank you”, no “please”. They also didn't wish the customer anything before they left, even though the customer bought the product there.
This is an issue this place really needs to pay attention to.

I just have to give a shout out to Jessica she was amazing from start to finish definitely informative and not only did she save me money but she saved my phone too, she’s the real hero!!!!
