Disappointed in the store manager Melis. I wanted to exchange a cardigan that was just not made very well once on and she was unwilling because I did not have a receipt. The quality was just not good. Tags were on the item and I spend a lot of money there. Just disappointed in the service.

The staff here is amazing. I will be honest, I was worried coming to TX from another state during COVID but this boutique made me feel very safe. Every thing was so clean! They are following all PPE rules and ensuring their customers are wearing masks and sanitizing their hands before entering and touching/shopping. The selection of merchandise here is also TO DIE FOR! I highly recommend this place! Melissa helped me pick out some amazing outfits and she was so sweet. Unfortunately, while shopping other patrons were entering and giving staff members attitude about wearing masks/using the sanitizer and it broke my heart. These business owners are just trying to do their part in keeping their community safe. It's highly disturbing that they have to deal with these issues when not only is it clearly stated that you must wear and mask and sanitize, but it really isn't that big of a deal. Huge shout out to the staff for keeping their cool. I can't wait to come back to visit!

I’m in town visiting and was excited to visit AL because I follow several of the stores online. Clothes are mediocre and whoever was working today (September 21, 2020) had a major attitude problem. Every word that came out of her mouth was sassy and borderline rude to both me and other customers who were perfectly polite. She made sure to rudely tell two excited customers that they could only try on ten things once they had more than ten things and were headed to the dressing room and made them pick what they wanted to try on from what they had. She also immediately requested ID in a sassy voice when I tried to pay with my credit card, and when I said it was my husbands who was in the car, she butted back “You don’t have yours?” and made me retrieve my husband from my car. I would not go back and I don’t recommend others even bother.

Love the clothes and always have!! I have been extremely loyal and spent a ton of money at this boutique. However I had an experience a few weeks back that was unforgivable. I love that the store has Covid policies in place but the manage I believe melis or Melissa or whatever her name is is awful. She looked at me and literally had her nose up and said don't touch the clothes. I understand the fear right now but if you are going to be open you need to let me shop. I made my purchase and she basically pushed me out the door before locking and spraying with sanitizer. She has been there for years and I don't know how. Clearly she doesn't know southern hospitality

I love this store and have shopped here for years! However the last few times I have been in the customer service has been terrible. I know we are experiencing times that are different then we are all use to but does not take away the fact of being a decent human. I wore my mask and was asked to Sanitize my hands which I did no problem at all but the manager was behind the counter looking at me in discuss and told me not to touch if at all possible. If you are going to be open allow people to shop as comfortable as possible. I swear it’s a bunch of stuck high school girls that talk about you is the way they act in here. I love this store but probably will not be going back.

They do not take debt cards. I have RBFCU my card is a debt card and will not go through if ran as credit. They tired to run it as credit and it declined. Their system would not allow them to run the card again, and the young lady advised they do not have the ability to run it as debit, even if they had known before hand. Not a huge deal, but it’s worth knowing before you get there. I’ve purchased several items here before all good quality, and for a fair price. Check out their sale racks too! Staff has always been helpful and attentive.

They need better models for their clothes. I mean seriously I had to unfollow on Instagram because I was over the lack of caring about how they were advertising their clothes! They used to have a young model (at the very beginning) that had the sweetest smile and modeled they cloths beautifully outside in the pretty scenery now they are showing us their clothes in the weird lighting of the changing rooms!! SO WEIRD!!!! And no one wants to hear the longgggggg explanation on how the shirt fits you!!! Get some professional girls that are put together to model your clothes! This is for the San Antonio location btw

They should have a staff meeting & make sure all employees are on the same page with the return policy. I was gifted a romper however it was too big for me. I called in & explained I didnt have the receipt as it was a gift but it still had the tags on it. The lady said they could exchange it no problem. I drove out there the next day & the cashier stated she had never seen the piece before and she had been there a long time. What's the purpose of having tags with your boutique name then? She texted the manager to see what could be done but without a receipt they couldn't do anything.

I really wanted to like this store! With a few okay cute items but overall I don't really get it. I'm a HUGE fan of the location in Allen with high fashion trends at the same price point but this location deserves a completely different name unfortunately. Very disappointed with who's picking the clothes for this location.

Terrible customer service! Accused me of returning an item that was worn which was not the case. They acted like they did me a favor by accepting the return eventually after arguing with them for 15 minutes. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
