I wish the cashiers would wear name tags and receipts had names because I would have put it on here. However cashier 106507 at this location is extremely condescending and rude, has no customer service at all. She needs to be coached on how to do her job

Gizelle is an absolutely amazing person to work with there. She was incredibly kind and helpful! The clothes is adorable but I would go back to work with her! I explained that I was looking for something for my grad pics and she laid out the entire store for me, where to look depending on what I wanted. Such a kind soul.

The workers are all super nice but no one is talking about the fact that there aren’t mirrors in the dressing rooms? All of the rooms are kind of in a horseshoe shape, and the mirrors are all on one wall right in front of the dressing room waiting lounge. Not only is it super embarrassing trying on my clothes in front of a bunch of people, especially a bunch of men who are waiting for their girlfriends, but I’m sharing a mirror with like 5 other women, trying to find a tiny gap I can look in to. I probably won’t be back strictly because of how uncomfortable it is. I know they have one special needs room with a mirror, but to my knowledge there is only one.

Jordan, at the LA Cantera location in San Antonio was excellent in understanding an unfortunate situation with a purchase that became damaged out of our control. She was thoughtful, empathetic and found a solution for us..I have a wonderful impression or Aritza and how the do treat each customer as thier most important goal to meeting thier needs..

First off- the ambience is stellar, which coincides perfectly with the quality and selection of the clothing. The vibes all around are immaculate. I've been in several times, and each time, Nicole has been my go-to. She is absolutely amazing and intentional with the clothes that she curates for you, because they somehow always end up working out. Every store needs a Nicole, she's the sh*t.

This is every girl’s favorite shop that I know. They have the best service and even pick out extra items for you to try on that work with the stuff you pick out. For us petite ladies who cannot even fit into other brands, even XS or 0, this place has body hugging styles with inseams for 5’5” and under. Love this store!!

The sales associates at the Aritzia location in San Antonio are top tier. Not only do they have the largest selection from the Aritzia stores I have visited across the United States, they have the best customer service. Shoutouts to Riley and Jessica, as they always remember who I am and always work hard to make sure I get the best customer experience at the San Antonio location. Definitely an Aritzia girly and can never go back now! ?

This place is AMAZING!!! The shopping experience was superior. Their customer service is on point; they make you feel so welcome and are on top of asking if you need help. The clothes are great quality and so cute!! Special thank you to Nia who helped me and was so sweet/welcoming. I have been so tired of Zara’s rude employees and definitely will be coming here from now on!!

Store is nice and staff is very friendly. Return policy is 10 days which is not posted anywhere in the store, only on the back of the receipt. Body suits are considered "intimates" and are not accepted as returns which is not posted at all in store nor was it mentioned when I made my purchase.
