I bought a 2 inch flatiron.
Less than 2 hours later I called to exchange for a 11/2 inch flatiron.
Was told by the clerk..no problem,come in and exchange.
When I arrived at the store,I was attended by the manager.
The man was not helpful,said the clerk was mistaken,I couldn't return or exchange,even with receipt and box.
He said he had been in the bathroom.And the clerk earlier was mistaken/didn't know store rules.
What a croc..nowhere in the receipt says sales are final.
Don't waste your time there.

Went in to buy my step daughter supplies she may need as a graduation gift from Cosmetology school, I was told we couldn't even look around. I was like wow, you guys sell Hair cutting supplies, what a joke like that's top secret.

We bought a hair blow dryer, and without even testing the blow dryer, Alexa, the asst Mgr immediately said. We can not exchange it just cause you don't like it. We never said we didn't like it. When did those words even come out of our mouths. Alexa, the asst manager, said she would test it out. Maybe we should test the product before we leave the store. It's not like the box had a plastic cover. Who knows if that was someone elses defective item that they tested in the store and just put back on the shelf. But if it doesn't duplicate the problem, then she could not authorize to make an exchange for the same dryer nor even offer a different one. Customer service is really not number 1 priority in this location. So nothing got fixed. We left the store with the phone number of the manufacturers because we asked for it to see what they would say. Mind you, this was purchased 1 week ago. It's brand new, just defective. But it's her opinion that there is nothing wrong. So I guess we lie about getting another one even if it's the same one. We understand that electrical have defective products, and they don't always come 100%. As an instructor of a beauty school. We go through 200 students a year. We will make sure that we tell each student how this location treats you before asking questions. Over 15 years of experience in teaching. If you do the math 15 years at 200 students, you could potentially lose 3000 students. Not just for a blow dryer but other products they will come to buy.
