Staff is super sketchy and unhelpful. I had never been to this location but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by ugly stares as I approached the counter. The big girl with the “colored” eyes was especially rude offering no kind of curtesy or help at all!! The other two girls just stared at each other then at me the whole time. I was there for a total of ten minutes and the big girl followed me EVERYWHERE I should have asked her to hold my purchase bag that I had just paid for since she was acting like my silent personal assistant! Will NEVER be coming back to this location . Horrible staff horrible customer service

This location was extremely unpleasant. They were quite frankly racist. I was being watched and followed as if I were a criminal. I didn’t feel welcomed and was uncomfortable the second I stepped in the door. Absolutely do not recommend coming here.

I came to this location to do a return, never been to this one before staff was super unwelcoming and unfriendly. Me and my family are people of color and we were being followed around by the staff. Just go to a different location. Super weird and unprofessional…

Rude & unprofessional. Called 10 minutes before closing that I was down the road just wanted to run in & grab a product but I’d be there right before they closed & they said they already closed registers. & they couldn’t. I never go to this location but it was close to me & I have a very busy schedule so it’s very sad they couldn’t help me.

It is the place for licensed cosmologists and estheticians to buy supplies for their profession. This location carries more stock than other locations.

Someone needs to explain to the employees that it is very rude to walk around stopping certain customers and asking them if they are licensed. It's my day off and I want to wear jeans and flip flops instead of heels and a skirt but that doesn't mean that I am just someone off the street. To top it off I couldn't purchase my products because she couldn't "find me in the system", so I had to drive all of the way to my friendly location on nacagdoches. Never again.
