The guy working in the front is extremely unprofessional and looks incredibly annoyed every time I ask a question. This is not the first time I had have the same attitude from him. He couldnt even stop scrolling on his phone for one second.

The place was very small limited stock items I've seen better locations. Im not from SA area and so I didn't know all the locations didn't have your information so I had to make an account with them. They wanted my physical paper license but who does carry it on them. I showed her you can look me up on tdlr and I'll pop up with my license number was able to make and account after a bit of a hassle. Anywho other than that and limited stock it was eh ok not the best. Would I go back of course I need bleach but I'm definitely going to check the other ones and see if I can find one I'm comfortable in.

I really like this location I buy products from here all the time! Julio and Luz always go out of their way with such great customer service they even carry my big purchases to the car. They’re so kind& helpful at times I’ll call the store to see if they have certain products and they always get back to me. They keep me informed on the sales and latest & greatest products I appreciate that! I would highly recommend this location!

Julio is the BEST!!! The shop in general and all the girls there are amazing. I can call and Julio is always helpful and will set my items aside for me when needed. Always friendly and helpful!!! 5 stars!!!!

Buyer beware, Julio has horrible customer service and lies to your face. They won't accept exchanges or returns citing used product clause ?? I bought what I believed was a new, unused item.It was not working and had hair on it !! I was accused of using it and they refused to help me. I bought in good faith. They sold me a used item and fought my credit card company with lies.Should be closed down and fire everyone there.

These people are so incredibly rude! I bought some babyliss trimmers that were defective and they gave me the runaround about returning them. They said since I used them they couldn’t take them back, but when I bought them they said I had 30 days to return them if they were defective. Idk how I would know they were defective until I used them. They ripped my clients skin!I don’t understand why it is so difficult to allow me to return them. Seems as if they’re lazy or don’t want to lose out on money?Julio was incredibly rude to me accusing me of “modifying” them myself. The whole experience stressed me out. I hate that place! Julio has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I assume he must be a very unhappy human being.

Bad experience! I had purchase one time from them a few months ago and after a few months passed I came in today 01/6/2023to purchase two items they tell me I can’t purchase items if I’m a student without my permit present , but if you have input my information before and sends my weekly sales to my phone number then you don’t need my permit again. I will never go back in that store again. They immediately discriminated me one being a black man and a disable veteran/Student I will let everyone know don’t go to Armstrong McCall .
