I definitely don’t recommend this company and service, I called Mr. Art to come to see my car, first thing he was late and he changed the hr 10 minutes before, which he made me lost my day at work, by the time he was suppose to be at my place I called him and he said he was 10 minutes away and he showed up 45 minutes later, He is full of lies and the worst thing is that he has a very bad attitude with no manners, at the end he didn’t want to do the job because I didn’t want to pay the mobile service after he made me lost my day at work. We agreed on the phone that he was going to do the job which he was going to charge 650 dollars just for labor part. Even with that agreement he told me with a wrong way go get someone else.

Art saved the day! I got in a fender bender in San Antonio (I live in Dallas). The car was drivable except the bumper was rubbing tires. I was leaving the next day so Art squeezed me into his very busy day. He came out and fixed the bumper enough so I could drive. He charged a fair price and was so professional and friendly. Please call him for all your automotive needs. He is the BEST

Art was professional, thorough, prompt, and reasonable. He came to the University Hospital, drove me to my car, fixed my car, and drove me back to the hospital entrance in less than 30 minutes. He charged $70, including his parking fee, which I thought was more than fair. I am so grateful to him for helping me out in my time of need. Art is awesome.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Called to have them check to see the problem. Knew it was my starter in two seconds didn't need to scan fixed it quick .. came to me which was a lot of stress taking off . Polite had that work ethic that most don't have now a days.. I'm a Laborer myself I know I hard worker when I see one

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC SHOP! I was charged $45 for Art, the mechanic, to come just come out and look at my vehicle. He popped the hood and gave it one look and suggested other problems with the vehicle. Keep in mind, my vehicle was drivable and should’ve been a minor repair. He took my $45 and then told me he would have to come back the next day. 2 days later he returns and raises his price and mentions other car problems he may have and the price would be more. Needless to say, I didn’t allow him to work on my drivable vehicle and passed on his services. I found another mechanic that was honest and fixed the problem for less than $100. So, I lost $45 and no service was ever performed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Not sure what is up with the negative reviews. Art has always been reliable, trust worthy, and on point every time I needed him. Prices are always fair too. I've used him over the past couple years and he will continue to be my go-to mobile mechanic.

Failed to show up for an appointment and when they finally contacted me to say they were coming they ask for a $45 fee that wasn't disclosed in the first call, definitely unreliable

From the moment Art picked up the phone, nothing but professional. He came out that same day personally to my place to look at my car and knew exactly what to do. The following day my car was fixed on a Saturday no less. Extremely reasonable prices and service. I will do business with him for many years for all my car needs. Waited 2 days the first time & got charged $65 for a blown fuse. That lasted only 2 days & called him again & waited another 3 days for him to show. Then he went straight for a new starter without running a test for anything else , like a short in the starter relay, & tried to get to me for way more than a new starter from Auto Zone which he said he was going to buy it??? Sent him on his way…. Do not advise you call this fella‼️‼️‼️Service: Electrical

We were having issues with our battery after the winter storm that rolled through Texas. We had replaced the battery on our own, but it wouldn't hold a charge and we feared the worst with the alternator. They quoted us a steep price because the part was on the expensive side. When they came out to look, they found that the bolts weren't holding right on the battery, tightened them, and made sure our battery was working fine. Lo and behold, that was the only issue. They charged us strictly for the fee to come out and to reshelve the part, and all in all, it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than if they had just replaced the alternator and called it a day.Amazing, professional and incredibly helpful.
