This place is awesome and fast. My rep Mary was in contact almost daily. The car was ready before the predicted date. I highly highly recommend this place. Caliber collision could learn some stuff from this place.

Classic Collision on Bandera Rd is awesome. Mary the representative was great, She followed up with me constantly to make sure my car was updated with me, and was very helpful. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and very quick to do their job. I highly recommend them. A+++

Took my car for an estimate and talked with Mary. She evaluated the car and said it could be repaired could I wait until her mechanic could also evaluate the damages. I am very pleased with the service I received. Friendly customer service.I was given up to date texts on the progress of the vehicle. The vehicle was ready in less than a week. I will return (hopefully I won’t need to) and will recommend to others.

I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. If your insurance suggests this place for body shop repairs, say NO and ask for other options. Mediocre customer service. Take your message but never return your call. Very little attention to detail on repairs. I can't believe that there are quite a few of these businesses throughout San Antonio. Just stay away.

It's been a few weeks already and my car is still not ready. That wouldn't have been as much of a problem, but of course it has to be. I continue to be hung up on and the last time they scheduled a meeting for me, they scheduled me on a day the place would be closed! Why on earth would they do that? I just want my car to be ready so I don't have to return to this place.

Hands down the best experience I've had with a body shop. Sadly since moving to TX I've been rear-ended on 3 separate occasions due to other's poor driving. I have now dealt with 3 different body shops going through the at fault drivers' insurances and Mary and Lisa at Classic Collision is hands down the best. Their kind and courteous service made me feel informed and as though my car was in good hands. I received regular text updates on the status of my vehicle and even when the insurance was dragging their feet they were diligent to get my car fixed and returned to me within 2 weeks. I hope I never need another body shop.

horrible service. do not come here. i got my car stolen and was still returned back dirty with trash still inside the vehicle. was told the smell would be taken care of and would be gone. it still smells horrible inside and there is still sticker residue on the back window of my car. their staff did not even attempt to clean the car at all. if i were able to give zero stars i would.

Was rear ended in an accident and this place was recommended by the other parties insurance. Originally it was to be ready a couple of days later. They texted me as the process was occurring and let me know that it would be a few days longer. The staff was friendly and their adjuster was thorough. When I picked up the car it looked like brand new. I was impressed with the quality of the work that was done. Kudos to those folks! Great work!

To be completely fair, I had another vehicle that I brought in to be repaired about a year ago, and everything went very smoothly, and I was happy with the whole process. I was hit in my new car several months ago, so I brought it in to have the repairs done. The person who hit me has insurance that is REALLY giving me a difficult time (even though I had no problems with them accepting responsibility), but I thought everything was finally sorted when I dropped my vehicle off. Last week, they called and said the vehicle was ready, so my husband went to pick it up. He noticed that the repair didn't look correct, so they took it back and came back and told us that they would have to order another part. Long story short, it took ANOTHER week before the repair was completed. I received a call this afternoon that I could pick up my vehicle. My husband and I met up at the shop after work (around 430), and the shop asked us about the check the insurance had sent us. We explained that my husband had given it to one of the girls who worked behind the counter (who wasn't there today) when he dropped off the car, but the check couldn't be located. I also explained that the check was expired, as it had been issued more than 90 days before. The shop said they would have to call the insurance and have them send a new check. After waiting on hold for a really long time, the girl was finally able to talk with someone about this issue. They finally informed her that they couldn't do anything, and she would have to talk to the adjuster (who had already gone home for the weekend). So, I ultimately had to leave with no vehicle... again and the promise that they would sort it out on Monday, and I could come back then.I wouldn't generally be this upset, but I haven't had my vehicle in a couple of weeks because someone hit me, her insurance took a really long time to get things done, and this shop couldn't be bothered to make sure they were getting paid before they called me to waste my time and get my hopes up. To some people, an extra couple of days in a rental might not be a big deal, but that the shop just has no consideration for how their lack of preparation affects its customers is pretty upsetting.I did look at the vehicle, and it looked like it finally was fixed correctly, so the repair looks good, though I haven't actually driven it yet, so I cannot attest to the longevity of that, but I will never bring another vehicle here again.Services: Body & Trim
