ASAP Stone Oak, has been a huge help to fix our family's computer issues. The work is completed promptly, reasonably priced, frequent notifications & follow up phone call. Courtney has been especially helpful. Definitely recommend this company

Wow, What A MessI called seeking help with a computer and reached Maria the first time and then Kim the second time. No one seemed remotely able to connect me to an actual technician. The second gal seemed to be a remote answering service person who could not even find a telephone number for me to call. I told her to take her time and find it and I would call back. 30 minutes later she gave me a number that did not work. Listen, if your front door people are this bad and you do not pay attention to that detail, your computer service can't good either. ASAP Computer Services is a hot mess.Thank you for responding. Now that's the way a business owner should respond to a problem in communication. ASAP should be worth another try. However, now the question is: Will the owner simply raise the concern with the answering service and hope that they get it right. Or will they change course and find another way to allow prospective customers to actually directly reach a tech? For right now perhaps just give out your office number and dare to let customers like me reach you.

I have never left a negative review but the owner of this operation , beware and be-careful he will take your monies and use it for months then decide to decline the work since he has target something larger . So you will be left at the end of your project Raw and Dry without direct communication from the owner himself , He doesn't have the business ethics to be dealing with consumers , hiding behind his employees . I finally got my refund but that just left me hanging on a job that was directed by him with my other subs ( electrical) so I still am left with a large delay and a disruption because of his unethical practices. Don't ever give this guy monies , watch out large companies he may not complete if he takes to much of a large draw . BUYER BEWARE OF " ASAP COMPUTERS "

I needed help with my new laptop and Mr Young got it working extremely quickly. I live in Fort Sam Houston, and he was very flexible with my limitations. I can’t think of anything that could have made my experience any better. I would highly recommend ASAP to anyone needing help with their computer.

ASAP Computer Services turned what we thought was going to be a nightmare, costly and lengthy process into one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences we've ever had dealing with a computer. They were willing to make arrangements to help my Sailor out who could not leave base to repair computer he desperately needed for training classes. other companies stated that they needed to replace "mother board" at a cost of $1800 to fix issue and they needed computer for 2+ weeks. ASAP not only fixed the computer in less than 20hrs for $120, but they made arrangements to repair on weekend so my Sailor would have the computer for his class the folowing Monday. Not only were they very responsive and understanding to our unique situation they were without question one of the most knowledgeable companies we've dealt with with some of the best customer service we've seen to date. Nice to see a company with integrity still exists.

My Lenovo Legion Y530 gaming laptop was having a booting issue (21a error code). I tried everything remotely possible to fix it (some of it with the help of Google and YouTube). I highly recommend some people try to fix minor issues themselves before taking it to a professional, it will save you and them a lot of headache (go to reddit and read r/talesfromtechsupport if you don't believe me).Anyway, I dropped it off Monday and told them my problem, Cory Young called me 10 mins after drop off and told me he will have it back to me the next day. He replaced the hard drive with an upgraded one and installed a better version of the OS that I provided and saved me a headache. He was very professional, accommodating, and very prompt. I highly recommend them for any computer issues you have with either professional network and systems to home desktop and laptop repair.
