Too long to wait in the store. I spent an hour waiting for them to serve me. There was only one person serving me. I think that's very bad. They have to improve that because their competitor, T-mobile, always has a lot of people serving me and that's the most important thing.

Had an issue with my phone not reading my SIM card. I had no service. Paloma knew exactly what the issue was and converted my phone to a eSIM which immediately solved my problem. Thank you Paloma for your assistance and excellent customer service. Good customer service is hard to find these days and she was great!

Check your plans carefully when being assisted by Alvaro. He enrolled me in features I did not ask for and he failed to mention them prior to me upgrading. This is a predatory tactic. These features are defaulted to “no” when upgrading through the ATT app. He deliberately added them. I called the store and removed one Saturday and I’m in the store now to remove another! I wonder who else has been a victim of these tactics.

Do not go here it's a waste of time you get kids that don't even want to do their job they rather sit there and talk with their buddies even though you're the only one in the store. And have no knowledge of anything that's going on. 9/14/24 5:40pm.
