Kryss was my technical angel genius this morning. I downloaded a game (first mistake) that froze my phone. Nothing responded so I tried to reboot and accidentally activated an emergency SOS (second mistake). Brought it to Kryss, and she was able to get it back to normal. What a relief! Helpful, professional, understanding, and effective! I deleted the game and will not make that mistake again. seaside escape was the game, btw.
Thank you Kryss!

I want to give a huge thank you to Kryss at this AT&T store! I had a really bad experience at another location (the one near bitters and 281) when I bought my new phone. I asked for help to set it up and the kid working there looked at me like I was stupid and told me to go home and connect both phones with a cable, follow the instructions and it would take care of everything itself. Well.. it didn't.
When I went to this store, Kryss was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind, even though I hadn’t purchased my phone there. She took the time to help me get everything working and even helped me switch my old phone so my kids could use it. I really appreciate her professionalism and great attitude. If you ever need help, go see Kryss, she’s amazing!

Customer service isn't the greatest. Expect to walk in and be told to do it yourself. What's the point of the store?

The other lady working there, she assisted us when we came back to finish setting up our phones and watch. Her name was Kayonie, she was super knowledgeable on our phones and setup. When we left the store we still needed to complete a few more steps. She gave us her personal cell phone number in cases we needed any assistance. I had to call her to assist me. She was with her child on her personal time, and was so helpful and patient with me. I was able to complete all processes after her coaching. She is absolutely sold out to customer service. She needs to be moved up the chain for sure. Thank you.

This is an authorized reseller and the manager did not want to help us with troubleshooting anything. She directed me to the AT&T app and basically told me i’m on my own.

I’m leaving this review to file a serious complaint about an employee who works weekday mornings at this location.
Her attitude was absolutely unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I came in needing help, and instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. She made no effort to assist me and clearly had no interest in doing her job.
I honestly don’t understand how someone with that kind of attitude is allowed to work in AT&T local store. If AT&T truly values its customers, they should seriously reconsider who they allow to represent their company.

Thanks to Angelina sooo much for helping me and my husband with our trade-ins! Walked in and she already had the devices waiting and answered any questions we had. I also did call prior to make sure the color and model was here. She deserves a raise! So nice and professional, love this location. 16 Pro Max was received.

David was an outstanding sales rep and I wish all 18 stole AT&T phone stores had him as a representative. I visited two other AT&T stores and will never go back to those locations ever again. I found a new rep and a new location to do all my purchases. David was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and Awesome to work with. He is an asset to AT&T.

Hello everyone!!!
Phone shops stress me out BIG TIME. Always trying to screw me over. Long story short, I dropped my SamSung A35 in the toilet at Snooze Cafe. I freaked out, took my son’s phone and searched phone repair shops nearby. I need to have my phone as I am a first responder. That is a non-negotiable.
I looked around and found an ATT store very close by. I’m thinking “oh thank God”.
I walk in and see Angelina, my first point of contact. She was super nice and even told me about FirstNet which is tailored for people in my profession! I absolutely love this!
All in all, my experience was excellent. The staff eased my stress, made sure I was taken care of and most importantly that I got exactly what I needed.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had regarding customer service. My mother got me a new iPhone for Christmas which she ordered online and picked up from this AT&T location. However after a week or so of the phone working fine, it stopped receiving calls or working at all without WiFi. When looking on my mom’s account for some reason my new phone kept getting “suspended” because it kept getting reported as stolen. Confused my mother called AT&T support and the representative told us to go in store after apologizing that the store made a mistake. We went together yesterday 1/16/25 at 11:00 am. It took a while to explain the issue to the woman helping us, and after my mother pulled up her receipt we noticed that my mother received an iPhone 16 pro instead of the iPhone 16 max that she ordered for pickup. So the entirety of the issue was because of a mistake a previous associate made. With no apology or accountability and her initially saying we were at the wrong store (which we weren’t) the woman associate tried helping us. However after OVER 2 HOURS of the associate being put on hold multiple times by her higher up’s and her giving me little to no time frame or explanation on how the issue was going to be resolved I told her I had to leave for work. (My mother had already left an hour ago and I stayed to wait for my phone) The associate finally then apologized that the issue wouldn’t be resolved at that time. This was at 2:30pm and I had gotten there at 11:00am! The most frustrating part was that I was forced to leave the phone I brought in with me that still worked over WiFi, because apparently it is technically a “stolen” phone in their database. They even had the audacity to tell me I could take the phone but it would be a felony! All because one of there workers gave us the wrong phone!! The woman associate did seem like she was trying to genuinely help but it seemed like she didn’t really know how to resolve the issue at all. I’m more mad that the male manager on duty NEVER TALKED TO ME ONCE OR APOLOGIZED AT ALL!! He had the woman associate relay everything to me and it didn’t even seem like he was trying to help her. As someone who works in customer service I’m appalled. If anything they should have been transparent with me and told me to come back another day and not waste my time. I left being late for work and feeling stranded with no phone to have any communication.
