Had a great experience at this location the manager Frankie went above and beyond to help my family and I. I appreciate how patient and informative he was with us even after he had a rude customer threatening him and taking photos of him. I got scared of the man yelling at him with vulgar language but he assured us that we were ok. He helped us with our upgrades all the accessories and new internet service! We will definitely return to this location for our needs because of his amazing customer service! Very satisfied customer! Thankyou AT&T and Frankie!

The Manager (Frankie) and other workers were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately when entering the store there was an argument taking place. A customer was threatening and arguing with the manager, then proceeded to record him without his permission. Mercifully, the manager handled the situation very well. Even after the situation they proceeded with great customer service!

I was apart of the family who was there at the store when a customer threatened the manager and another employee.The manager defended himself and the other employee perfectly.And the manager Frankie had great customer service,He was excellent when helping me out with an upgrade.Definitely coming back to this location when in need of something else.?

Bad bad service ..30 min for a payment and bad attitude ...they looking for a fight even out of the store very aggressive, insults, and he says doesn't matter because he is the manager ( FRANKY ) VERY AGGRESSIVE AND TURNS WHEN U RECORDING...I have videos .
