Went in with an issue and Joseph was very knowledgeable and fixed it for me right away! He was so nice and let me know how to fix should it happen again! I will be going back to Joseph for all my att needs!

Eddie did a great job working on my phone. I've been having issues and we sat done and took the time to work through everything we could. It's working now which is great. Great attitude and great experience with this!

Eddie, is incredible! We came in with a nightmare of a problem and where most would have been annoyed and possibly inconvenienced he was willing to take the time to solve our problem and even upgrade us in the process! If you’re looking for a positive cell experience come to ATT off of UTSA!

Marisela is the BEST. I made the trip to this location only because of her she help me in her old location I was really sad to know that she move to and other store she’s so friendly and helpful.she just knows her stuff like an ace. She did all the steps and had me set up faster than I've ever seen. AND CORRECTLY. I ended up adding services I was so impressed with the service here at this location. I feel like family. She is so patient. It's a great decision thanks Marisela for all the help !

I came to this store a couple months ago to upgrade my phone with the associate Eddie. He was a fine associate until I got my phone bill. He signed me up for so many upgrades without my consent and didn’t even simply offer them to me. These upgrades cost nearly an extra $40 on my bill. This is quite literally fraud! Eddie seriously needs to be investigated thoroughly on how many people he has done this to and a lesson on ethics. I am still fighting with AT&T several months later to take off these charges and behold.. the charges are still there every bill. What was simply just a phone trade in has become the most obnoxious unnecessary task to speak to customer service every month to change my bill amount. Another month of this and I am changing my service. I hope these fraudulent upgrades he placed has really helped out his commission! Pathetic.

The guy who was helping me didn’t help shit. First “they don’t accept cash” next “they don’t accept Apple Pay” BS that’s why I’m glad he didn’t make 2 sales I went down the street to the next AT&T & they take cash & Apple Pay. He just didn’t wanna do his simple job.

Just left this store. Idk what’s up with customer service but. The experience of buying the phone sucks. Dudes don’t want to help one looked asleep with his head the table. The gentleman wanted to argue the whole time. This is my second A&AT store I visited today because the store off of Bandera and 1604 was even worse. Maybe the art of the sale has just be lost with this generation. They don’t have to sell you anything or even act like they want to help.

I wanted to take a minute and write a review for UTSA ATT location associate named Nick, he helped me out tremendously over the phone and from the way he carried himself and shared his availability with knowledge and a great customer service in order to handle one of my situations rather than going to a store that was less than a mile away from me, I made the drive out towards his store on UTSA just to finish up my order.
The way people answer the phone expresses a lot about the environment/welcoming as well as expression of gratitude when handing services and purchases.
This location was very great at extra assistance and connection to their customers compared to the other busier location that sounded rushed over the phone, tired, or took long to answer the phone/placed on hold at the rim, they need some coffee with their high traffic area there or something lol.
But again, thanks you utsa location!

This place overpasses my expectations, Lee is the most professional, knowledgeable and care staff member. The system was having a problem and eventhough he had finished his work schedule he stayed there more time to solved my problem. He really finds the best option for every customer.
