Experience at this store was poor. Went to go purchase a new iPhone and wanted to buy it outright instead of pay off in 36 installments. The AT&T customer representative told me that they could only sell phones on installment plans and didn’t allow customers to buy the phone outright. Disappointed I wasted a trip to the store.

I went in to go get a new screen protector and they quickly took care of that for me. If this was just based on the initial visit, I would have rates this higher at 4-5 stars. The review is based on my overall satisfaction with the service, product, and support after the fact. I will say I should’ve inspected it but I didn’t and so I went home and put my phone by my desk. Two hours later I go grab my son and notice I have a crack already! I’m like how is this even possible, it’s been by my desk the whole time. Took it straight back and was told that I had to pay another replacement fee. I was a bit disappointed because I was just there and I just don’t believe that these things are that sensitive. I’ve had phone protectors on and never got a chip after years. I do feel like maybe it could have happened with install but again, I will take ownership and should have inspected. I just really thought that there would be some grace from the location to replace it at no cost given the fact it was cracked within two hours. I called customer service and even she agreed that I shouldn’t have to pay but it’s at the stores discretion. Also called another store and they said they would have covered it, but because they didn’t put it on, I would have to go back to that store. I’m not trying to be rude or bad mouth the store, the staff were nice and polite. I just think the Manager could have worked with me. Believe me, if I dropped it or bumped it against something I wouldn’t mind paying. I just know in this situation i literally was at home and the phone didn’t move.

Great customer service from David, the manager of my local ATT office. He assisted me with a new, better plan and a new Galaxy S 24 Ultra phone. He made the set up easy and quick by explaining the new plan and transfer from my old phone. I always believe that an educated consumer is the best customer. Truly appreciate David's professional customer service.

So glad Joseph was our contact there. What a knowledgeable & patient young man. Seniors miss his level of understanding & assistance. He helped by taking proper time to resolve our Cell billing issues & then explained, to my satisfaction, all the "technical" & Plans involved with a switch to streaming Direct TV from satellite. He knows his stuff & knows customer service. My wife & I were very satisfied.
