So glad Joseph was our contact there. What a knowledgeable & patient young man. Seniors miss his level of understanding & assistance. He helped by taking proper time to resolve our Cell billing issues & then explained, to my satisfaction, all the "technical" & Plans involved with a switch to streaming Direct TV from satellite. He knows his stuff & knows customer service. My wife & I were very satisfied.

This place has really cost me a lot. They did not disclose that I was on a promotion and while I was still sending my bill every month not knowing that it increased due to lack of disclosure on your part I was charged late fees for months. Gave me attitude when I asked for fees back. Acted like you did me a favor when you gave me one fee back. Payed off my bill completely and closed my account, And was still sent another bill for other changes. Nickle and Diming customers will only get in trouble like Time Warner Cable. Be better at disclosing to your customers. Theirs is laws about that. Just FYI!!

Walked in and was helped right away. I went in to buy a case for a new device I purchased, and the agent showed me my options and was able to complete my purchase. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Samantha did a great job!

The main reason I'm dissatisfied is because, the reps hide the $17 protect advantage plan for 1 as a requirement for the 14 day return policy. I had a phone on my account that was already paid for and did not have insurance. I asked the representative to not add the insurance. When I checked my account today it showed the protect advantage for 1 plan. They say you can remove it after 14 days in the hope that you will forget and pay 17 bucks and it doesn't affect their KPI. Not happy about that. Will not be doing business at this location anymore.

We were very happy with the service we received here last week. We immediately received a friendly greeting upon entering and a young gentleman helped us find exactly what we needed. He told us about the promo- buy two get one item free. We found the perfect case for my phone, he recommended a good screen protector and applied it, and we found a great charging station. Can't beat the promo deal with my hubby's work discount! Wish I knew the employee's name, but thanks again for great service!

I am amazed at the quality of service we have received with Samantha Cruz and Edgar from the Potranco and 211 AT&T store. They explained all the wrong information we received at Sam’s Club and corrected it. We now have protection for all our phones and even got an iPad on our service. They were very patient and helped us process our trade in phones. I will definitely come to them in the future when I need honesty and great service.
