Just in town for work, was having some issues with my iphone, the Store Manager Bob was able to resolve my issue and taught me some best practices to prevent my issue from happening again. He also recommended I buy a portable charger due to the fact that I travel for work.

I called to request some information, but it took a long time for someone to answer. When the representative finally picked up, she was extremely rude and hung up on me. Their customer service is poor, both on the phone and in store.

AT&T Park North for the win ! I went in with an absolutely insane bill. Alyssa &’ the manager Bob both took their time to sit with me and show me all my options for saving money !! Not only did they save me over $200 on my bill they upgraded me to the NEWEST iPhone 16 and I’m still paying less than what I was before ! Customer service was immaculate, these employees are 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction! I think I’ve found my new GoTo AT&T store !!! Thanks 3,000 Alyssa and Bob !!!

Waited over an hour to get help. One person working. I have no idea how this store makes money. People came and then left because they were not helped. Worker just said I’ll be right with you when anyone came in and was not honest that the wait time would be pretty long.

The staff is unprofessional and only partially knowledgeable. In the store, there is no manager available and he is irregular. It was a very unpleasant experience and I recommend that you do not visit this store.

Alex did a Phenomenal job he do the issue right off the top fixed. It had my phone back and It’s place installed my Internet and Wi-Fi everything that needed to be rebooted and my phone was back to normal. Very good service.

Jeff Jennifer and Geena are awesome! I have been an AT&T customer for over 30 years. I am so encouraged to know no have such a great team close to my office!! All three of the employees that helped us were FABULOUS. I did not have anything to buy and they were super helpful even with no commission ❤️?
