Just brought a brand new iphone 15 to the store to activate the phone number. The store clerk dropped the phone from his hand to the floor, and the phone hit the desk along the way. I was upset. I told the clerk that the phone was brand new, costing nearly $600. And if his drop caused any damage, then I would need to talk his manager. The clerk replied that he would refuse to serve me if I “act like that.” Act like what? To be upset when a phone service provider’s representative dropped my brand new phone? Do I not have the right to ask for compensation for damages to my device by a store representative, when he was handling the device? If AT&T thinks this is the right way to train their employees, to treat their customers, and to keep their businesses, so be it. As for me, I no longer trusted the clerk to handle my phone anyway. So I left.

By far the best experience we have had from ATT. The gentleman assisting us was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and had outstanding customer service.

I went in to complete trade in for new phones. I transferred from T-Mobile for cellular and Spectrum for internet. Enrique was very helpful and informative. He was able to complete trade in for the full credit. I appreciated his efficiency and friendliness!

They could not help me with my problem. I was 2 months away from being eligible to upgrade. They do not have any repair person on site.

This store didn't have much to look at. Service was so-so. It wasn't her fault, but they don't offer much service in stores unless you want to buy something. They direct you to their 1-800 numbers for most things. If it weren't for AT&Ts service coverage, I would not be their customer.

Back in Jan 2025 my IPhone 12pro Max just stopped working and the staff at Apple Store in North Star Mall were sadly not knowledgeable at all! I was glad to find this at&t store location close by and thankful to Taryn as she was most helpful to get me squared away and she’s very knowledgeable about device setup and navigating through specs and devices. Today I came in to add home internet and was glad to see Taryn here as she got me squared away smoothly. After her help today I had to make sure to come and leave a review as she was able to answer all of my questions and is highly technical with troubleshooting and going over pricing for my needs. Thank you Taryn, give this woman a raise!

Just in town for work, was having some issues with my iphone, the Store Manager Bob was able to resolve my issue and taught me some best practices to prevent my issue from happening again. He also recommended I buy a portable charger due to the fact that I travel for work.

I called to request some information, but it took a long time for someone to answer. When the representative finally picked up, she was extremely rude and hung up on me. Their customer service is poor, both on the phone and in store.

AT&T Park North for the win ! I went in with an absolutely insane bill. Alyssa &’ the manager Bob both took their time to sit with me and show me all my options for saving money !! Not only did they save me over $200 on my bill they upgraded me to the NEWEST iPhone 16 and I’m still paying less than what I was before ! Customer service was immaculate, these employees are 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction! I think I’ve found my new GoTo AT&T store !!! Thanks 3,000 Alyssa and Bob !!!
