SOMEBODY GIVE ROSE A RAISE!! I took my Mom in for a new phone and left with a bag full of new gadgets! I haven't seen my mom excited like that in years! Her service was so amazing that my mom offered to take her to lunch or even to bring her lunch, Because it was later in the day and the store was extra busy! Rose was knowledgeable, patient, funny, respectful, and EXTREMELY helpful. She even talked to my overbearing sister on the phone for 5 minutes who had a million questions. 🤦🏽♂️lol but all in all. 10/10!! In world where customer has gon to shit in San Antonio, rose did not disappoint! She was BAD ASS! We will be returning to this location because of HER! THANK ROSE!! ❤️

Rose was absolutely AMAZING! My son took me to get a NEW phone after 5+ years with the same old phone. I was NOT looking forward to it!The store was extremely busy and I don’t even think she had a lunch break yet, and it was already 2 o’clock! Yet, Rose still helped us without ANY hesitation or attitude WHATSOEVER! i’m not the best with technology or new gadgets, but She was extremely kind, patient, and transparent about deals that we were eligible for, and it didn’t feel like ‘pushy upselling’. I cleared my whole schedule thinking I would be there for hours. She had us IN AND OUT in less than 45 minutes! Mind you; I purchased a new iPhone 17, a new iwatch, a new charger block, a new case, and a privacy screen protector that SHE INSTALLED FOR ME right then and there!! It didn’t feel like we were just sitting there awkwardly, staring at someone clicking at a keyboard trying to rush us out. She laughed and joked with my son the entire time, while also doing her job simultaneously. She made the entire experience wonderful and I will be returning with my husband to purchase him new devices as well! Thanks Rose!!

My transition from another carrier to AT&T was excellent with the help of Tanya. I asked Tanya to provide me with the best option for Samsung camera, I wanted a phone that could a picture of the moon 🌙. Tanya's expertise and advise led me to choose the Samsung Ultra and take advantage of the amazing offers switching to a new carrier would be provided. Thank you Tanya for assisting us into purchasing 3 new phones and lines!

Best service I have had with AT&T. Was helped by Rose. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable on all plans. As well as helping me get the most for my money. I had gone to 2 different store close by and was told so many different things. That was incorrect. I told her what I was told and she was able to give me accurate information. Went in to upgrade my phones and add a line to my plan. If I ever need assistance I know exactly what store I will be coming to. Asks for Rose she is nice and very helpful
