Jorge was helpful and said he'd waive my activation fees but I still got them on my bill. At&t could only credit me 2 fees back. He did say my bill would look crazy. He wasn't kidding.

Went in to get my new line connected and Yesenia was amazing, knowledgeable, customer service impeccable, and helpful. Great experience at this location and she addressed my issues and resolved them quickly! Highly recommend Yesenia and this location!

Untrained and illiterate. Cannot read notes or policies let alone explain them. Maybe it’s all the cupcake frosting on the screens since they can’t seem to put those down.

Had the best customer service . I had to go in twice because I had lost my phone. Jose did everything for me set up claim etc . Super friendly polite professional and kind. . While in store I have to say everyone was very helpful n polite. I won't bother going online . The store was very efficient n just had a friendly vibe n good energy Jose gets a 10!!

I had been to 2 different stores before coming to see Nate at this location I was looking to upgrade and get my daughter an iPad with service for her birthday the previous AT&T stores refused to help me they wanted me to open a new line even though I already had an existing line with service on my account I was so close to just switching wireless providers when I saw Nate he was very helpful he changed my whole outlook he gave me a great deal and was able to save me money on my insurance plan for all my devices he was able to order the iPad and have it shipped to the store within a day amazing customer service I’m due for an upgrade on all my phone lines and I’m not going anywhere else I’m going to see Nate I really appreciated him going above and beyond!

Walked in to pay my bill and was helped by Ashley who took her time to assist me and review my account because I had questions on billing. She answered my questions and was very personable and made it a nice experience. I decided to look around and ended up upgrading my device so I left with a new phone at a really good deal. Thank you to Ashley who did a great job at assisting me and helped me with my transaction for my new phone.
