My husband & I had stopped in the AT&T store on nw loop 410, I was in the area & looking to upgrade our phones. It wasn't busy at that time. There was a store representative, his name is Christian. He had greeted us right away & approached us with a smile. From the time we entered the store till we left, he was patient, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, get into two new phones, phone cases & screen savers. We were there for a good two hours. I would recommend going into that store & ask for Christian.

I stopped by because I wanted an upgrade on my phone and Christian was so nice and friendly! He made the process really easy and quick as possible. Made sure to answer any questions I had, he was really knowledgeable and easy to understand. I’m not great when it comes to tech so the experience overall was 10/10 will be recommending him to friends and family!
