I've been with AT&T for many years now. I've been having issues with my cell phone and billing and I'm looking for a better deal to safe money where I can. I went to the AT7T store in 488 Fredericksburg San Antonio, TX and was greeted by Joe L. He was very friendly and professional from the start. This was a very refreshing experience from a very bad day and made it all better. I will come back and see him for a better deal so I can stay with AT&T.

This location is awesome!! Joe took great care of me and my business account and was also able to take care of my husband as well. Everyone in this store is great! They made sure the process of switching from Verizon was smooth and worry free! They are knowledgeable, kind, and their store is clean! Definitely stop in for all your business and personal needs!!

Thank you Joe for the amazing service! I moved from T-Mobile because of the horrible customer service and coming into your story made me feel like I was “one of the boys” and pretty much family! He’s extremely nice and knows what he’s doing! I appreciate the internet discount also with the new iPhone Air! I’m making this my main ATT!!

Joe was very helpful and courteous throughout my entire experience here.
He even put some anime on their tv just to accommodate me as I waited for my phone transfer . Amazing customer service and if AT&T were smart they’d promote this dude immediately. Very passionate about his job and places his customers as his priority

To general manager would like you to know that you have a great customer that always buys your updated phones. Went to the store and asked for assistance removing a line which the customer service over the phone had asked us to go into the store for that service . As we were there the service guy spoke to us in Spanish and notified us to call the over the phone didn’t want to do his job then turned around and spoke English when he asked us to leave the store and humiliated us where everyone was laughing . This man is prejudiced and rude needs to act like he loves his job if not let other people that love to work and enjoy helping others make your company a better brighter place to shop at. I’m sure you don’t pay him to act this way towards nice kind people. I will walk back into that store to get his name so I can soon be reporting this .
