  Just switched from Spectrum to AT&T and Joel S assisted my husband and I with porting my number over and upgrading to the 16 IPhone Max. I will say, Joel made our experience very smooth, he was very informative and made us laugh a lot. If you come to this store ask for Joel.

  Terrible attention, I was there because I want to purchase the new iPhone 16, and the people who work there ignored me when I entered that store, they did not even have the courtesy to respond to my greeting, much less addressed me to absolutely, I felt as if I were invisible, they need to keep in mind that a store like that is due to the customers who visit it and the quality of the service defines its success, I give it a full star because I can't give it half, In my opinion I do not recommend that you visit this place, there are many places from the same operator that offer excellent service such as the AT&T store in Ágora PWY where I went later and they gave me the treatment that any new customer deserves.

  Some places have lost the perspective of customer service so I don’t expect much when I go in into a store. Well this was NOT the case here! I went in and from the moment I entered a gentleman named Alejandro greeted me and stated helping me out immediately. He maintained a great conversation while assisting me and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to this store for all my needs.

  Since I was a new customer, I couldn’t order a phone online with AT&T. I went to this store 2 minutes from my house and left with a new iPhone 15 Plus in probably less than 20 minutes. Joel was very friendly, professional and informative. He was also very funny and honest. He made getting a new phone/service a breeze. This was easily the best phone store experience i’ve had in a few years. Thank you!

  Terrible customer service the lady that I asked for assistance was terrible she was having a personal phone call and acted as if I was the inconvenience when she had to ask me for my drivers license or information she couldn’t help me because my broken phone couldn’t get a code she needed I went to another att store and was in and out in 5 min
