Very helpful and won't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Excellent customer service and they save you money by installing parts that you bring so you won't have the mark up! Fast and efficient, I will be bringing my car here for any mechanical work from now on. Highly recommend

I'll give zero stars if I could. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE SERVICE!!!! we fully paid and was told it was good to go. Once the car was picked up, a friend looked at it and noticed the part was never put in! We called the office and the owner just started yelling without asking what was wrong. He then continued to say we were liars and that we removed the part ourself. He lied saying he had the old part at his store but the car never had the part to begin with!!! He will take your money, never provide you with the service, then call you a liar. Do NOT go here.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO HERE. Take your car anywhere else but here. Absolute waste of time and money. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. I called for an update on my car (which has been there for weeks) and they still couldn't give me an update and said to call back later. Once I called later the owner brad started getting loud and rude when all I asked was for an update. When I got my car back the engine light was still on. I took it to another mechanic who said the problem was never fixed. Santone automotive basically just took my money without even fixing anything. There are plenty of other places to go to. Just DONT GO HERE!!!

I've taken three vehicles there. They work to make sure that warranty companies and insurance companies pay up (including Car Shield and also Geico).

If i could give zero stars i would!! The absolute worst organization ever!!! DO NOT COME HERE! They will keep your vehicle for longer than they need to. They will never call you with an update. Ever. They have had my vehicle for 3 years now and every time I CALL for an update they LIE and say it'll be done within a week just to get us off the phone. It's been three years!!! They've blocked one of our phone numbers to try to get us to stop contacting.Trust me, if you want good service, stay far away from this place.

Took a week for them to tell me what was wrong and when I got to the shop they didn't even diagnose the issue I went in for I had to tell them again what the issue was I personally wouldn't recommend if you need your car fixed in a reasonable amount of time

I have no qualms about taking my 15 year old car here for repair. Even though its old they give it top quality attention and have fixed a problem that no other shop had solved in all the years we had the car. I cannot recommend them too highly. They are truly expert and honest in what they do.

Save your time and money, take your car somewhere else.I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light, which ended up being for the catalytic converter. After paying about $1,500 and coming back MULTIPLE times, the light was still on. When I finally took it in to another mechanic, I found out the cat was still under warranty and could have been replaced for free.I'm a student and felt the cost of that repair for months afterward. But I'm also not the kind of person to raise my voice or make a scene. When I came in just to talk to Brad about it, he cut me off and yelled for a good 20 minutes about how "everyone does this" (complains about repairs) and "I don't have time to check every warranty." He didn't even so much as apologize for the fact that a quick warranty check could have saved me a lot of money and avoided the whole situation. Brad was extremely rude and bad-tempered and barely even let me get a word out before raising his voice and ranting. Whatever it is you need done, trust me it's not worth it to do it here.

My 2017 Traverse, was over heating, took it to Santone, today, Friday, March 26, 202`1, and was advised that SUV had no coolant in reservoir and very little in radiator. I was surprised bc I take the SUV Gunn Chev, Selma, every 3 months for oil change, I thought they would check ALL fluids/liquids in your cars. So, maybe a leak? No, Santone checked for leaks, ran a pressurized system to detect leaks, and nothing. They filled my reservoir, radiator, check ALL. Got there at 10am left at 11:30....that quick. Kayla, Ivory and Steven very pleasant, knowledgeable, and good vibes. Will be back for oil change. Thanks to God, no charge!! Amen!!
