Well I had an issue with my brand new service I had just started, a man named Jeff Ward from the executive office of AT&T president kept blowing up my phone leaving messages saying he wanted to resolve the issue. He did this for like 3 days, then when I try to get ahold of him all day today to get the issue resolved before I just cancel my service instead that was it for me. This whole damn company needs to be taken off the affordable connectivity program

Good luck canceling services. They will take your money for months after cancellation

Our Internet has been down since Monday. We have a tech come on Tuesday, and they don't fix it. Another tech is supposed to come on Friday, they don't show up. The day I write this, it's Saturday, and we still don't have Internet. Absolutely terrible service. Be true to your word and at least show up.Update: another tech was scheduled to arrive today, 8/16, and did not arrive within the hours they said they would. Embarrassing service provided by AT&T.

Jerry M was more than polite helping me resolve the complicated issues associated with my account. Thank you!Worked hard to resolve issues, very polite and patient as he could tell I was very frustrated. Now the Manager at the Webster store...another story. He was aggressive to get me to sign any plan. I almost fell on the floor as he distracted me from his constant interruptions when I was discussing plans with the polite and helpful salesman who apologized to me. Wish I could remember his name. The security questions are insane but that is AT&T. I can't remember my address from 30 years ago. Each round if questions had one or two that stumped me. Moved to TMobile were the process was much easier. Thank you Jery M for your time and your professionalism. Happy X customer.

I was fishing around for prices and when they gave me their price I told them I would call them back in an hour because they were the best deal so far and the lady said well if you go ahead and sign with us now we will offer a $250 dollar gift cards 1 hundred dollar gift card and one 150 dollar gift card. So I said cool I'll do it now then. A month later no gift cards. Call them they take me through the steps to redeem it. Except it's only 100 dollars. Not 250After explaining 3 times what I was told. Of course. Like every company. Their was no result in getting me what I was told which is the only reason at the time I signed up with them. I'm so sick of being lied to and scammed by companies and then not fixing it. Guess I'm looking for the next company. Bye at&t. So in giving you guys a week to get ahold of me and make this right or I'll take me services elsewhere.

Reasons for a 1 star rating.*No customer support is offered via email.*Yousend me info on a phone upgrade with no $0 down. This sounds good until the fine print is read.•You have to wait 2 billing cycles before discount stats. Why?•You can lower speed to 2g. Crazy. Why have a 5g phone if tiy can reduce it to 2g? Why pay for a 5g phone in you make it a 2g.•What yhe heck is a registration fee. If we oartake of a service you are offering, registration fee is purely extra money in your pocket git no reason•It is very sad that the promotional savings can be ended at your discretion at any time without notice.. You should ste hiw long the promotional rate last. You should not just abruptly end the discount rate at your whim.•What is a cost recovery charge of up to $1.50? That's $18 annually.•You want an upgrade fee of $30. Why? You make an offer to upgrade my phone and then want to charge me $30 gir saying ok. This is very Shady.I can beat your so-called great $0 down deal by simply using a different carrier. With all your shenanigans, the $0 down deal is no deal at all. Many may not read the fine print and just bite your bait. I actually read your fine print. I'm not biting.Very poor offer. I sent this to the headquarters since you really have no email for customers. Live chatting is no good because, if I mention all my concerns, I'll get told to call someone. This is the equivalence to a Mayore saying he won't increase tax rates while he adds fees.

I have unlimited hotspot and it lags like I have no service. What is the point in paying extra for nothing. I will be changing services very soon if they don't get it together. I have been a long time customer. Get it fixed!

My service was supposed to be "Instant On" that was nearly two weeks ago. The Internet is vital for me to be able to pay bills and order quickly because I'm taking care of my mom who had a stroke and I have kids. AT&T's customer service has been good but that doesn't help if the people on the back end aren't solving the issues.. i. e. no service for two weeks!!!

BUYER BEWARE . They promise you everything when they are switching over. Whitney Bass is salesperson to avoid. She will promise you everything under the sun. Once she gets credit card you are in trouble. Please read the reviews before mine. Which i should have done. I will been with Tmobile for 20 years i was told ATT signal is better. First SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. Watch out for Hidden Fees. So i recommend go somewhere else.

Have had 2 years of problems with internet. Called them, asked the representative for his ID number because supervisor said that without the Id number they could not trace the AT&T employee without it. The supervisor said there was no record who I talked to when I talked to this person. At the time a technician was at my home checking out my problems I was on the phone with this representative and continued to ask for his employee ID number he would not give it to me and after several discussions with him about it he gave me what he said was his ID number was. When we hung up I was discussing this with the technician at my home, he asked for the ID number and he would check it out on his AT&T tablet, well the ID number turned out to be the technicians number and even the technician was completely surprised about this and reported this to his supervisor.AT& T seems to let anyone work for them and disgrace the company and lie to the customers and disgrace this nation. Also AT&T makes sure that you cannot contact the corporate offices and they will not let you talk to a United States employee. Shame on AT&T. I think the government should close down AT&T. I have spent 3 days trying to talk to someone who can look into this and all I have heard is that we are sorry, there is nothing that we can do and the people that answer the phone are in other countries. How shameful this is.

Cancelled my Direct just 4 days into new month. Asked why am I getting bukked for full month and they said that it was half way into billing cycle so they won't prorate any. Ask to speak to a supervisor and was told they would call me with in a couple of hours but never did.
