Rick in sales lacks customer service skills and hospitality. This individual doesn't listen to customer needs instead focuses on his personal agenda. He likes to belittle his customer also very condescending. Sales representative like this need to take classes on Great customer service skills. What a horrible experience going in to ask questions concerning my phone.

Ugliest customer service from this place ppl there are so rude and don’t help for anyhting especially if they aren’t going to make a sale went to change a number to a new phone had the hardest time doing it and been with this provider for over 20 years

I got an Apple Watch and they gave me a size small when I went inside to return it they notified me that it would be a $55 restocking fee which I found to be absurd.Then they said I could purchase another band which I ended up doing on Amazon so I could save money instead of paying for a restocking fee or for a overpriced band in the store. So overall it was a horrible experience!!

Visited to upgrade my son’s phone and made the rep aware we were there to do an upgrade even checked to see if the phone was in stock which it was. Waited for an hour just to be told we needed to wait another hour cause the stolen feature on the phone needed to be turned off. Something that could have been mentioned when we signed in, This has not been my first upgrade using the next program never ran into this issue in the past. Not that this post will matter as AT&T is just a giant to care about actual customer service.

Waited a while no one approached me as I stood there , I sat down at a table and asked a representative if anyone was available he said no one was available . Evan thought I could see sales people all around. I waited 20 minutes then walked up to the counter and they took my name 15 minutes later a representative helped me

I went there and found a good phone e at a good price. The employee was able to get my phone Sim card switched with no problems. I would recommend friends and family to visit this location.

This is not a review of the location but a review of ATT service. Before 3G was disabled my service was great. Unfortunately not so much anymore and every time I call I get the same excuse ( they are working on the cell towers ). Before I was able to have my hot spot on and still be able to txt and call. Now I can’t even send out a picture from my phone at home. I just spent 12 mins on hold and when I finally spoke with someone they couldn’t help me and was transferred but spent another 30 mins on hold again before hanging up. Att is no longer what it used to be.

We went in and waited less than 5 minutes! We walked out of there with a tablet in less than 10min!! Great customer service and friendly but professional!! Thanks AT& T!!!
