!!BE AWARE!! If you're moving and are looking to transfer your service, THEY CAN transfer your service. I thought it was strange they couldn't but thought "they're the experts".. WRONG. Their store doesn't get "credit" if they transfer services, so they trick you into creating a brand new service. If you create a brand new service you lose promotions for being a long time customer.
Just FYI so you don't get taken advantage of just so they can hit their sales goals.

This is now the second time I have been here and all I wanted was a phone upgrade. No extra protection no early upgrade with next. The employee ended up upgrading my phone then as I get home I can a text message thank you for signing up for ATT next for early upgrades. I was never told I was signing up for this nor did I ask for it so I had to call ATT and ask them to remove it. They said there is a 30 day wait but will credit me $10 to compensate the Next monthly fee but I will have to reach out again in 30 days to have this removed. Beware when going here and them signing you up for things that cost you additional money. This happened to my wife as well when they signed her up for cell phone protection and the NEXT plan as well.

Went to upgrade my phone and get a watch the first thing that went wrong was that when I asked for the gold titanium watch the sales rep immediately gave me attitude and said there’s no such thing as a series 10 gold titanium watch … upon looking further he proved himself wrong at this point I was upset and decided not to do the watch upgrade with him …when prompted about the address I wanted my device shipped too the rep asked if I had a real address to which I replied that is a real address the representative refused to ship my new phone to the apartment on file saying that it won’t print the apartment on it … he even went as far as to suggest I get a friend with a real address so that they can ship it there…at this point I walked out of the store and ordered my devices in the car on the att website no problem with addresses or telling me that things do not exist …. If you don’t know what’s available you should be checking and not assuming the customer is wrong…shame on you

I am a AT&T customer. I went to the store to try to buy a phone maybe add a line. Some woman screamed to go and sign in with her. A lady got in front of me and I got behind her in line. The AT&T worker took her information and when it was my turn, she just walked away, very unfriendly staff very un welcoming environment. Now I know which provider I’m gonna select next T-Mobile.

Went to trade both my phones in for a new phone. Was told that we would get $1000 off for each phone and that it would reflect on our bill. That $1000 off never reflected. They said it was credit over time after calling and visiting the store. I checked online, and for each payment, we are charged $5.56 for 36 months, which is only $200 over 36 months. AT&T has done me badly twice since being with them. They won't get me again once this phone is paid off. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

It wasn't so much the tech service it was the fact that my 7week old Flip5 phone has a main screen that is non functioning and is 80% blacked out! It happened one morning when I opened it. The screen flickered and then a thin black line appeared in the fold crease, which spread over the next few hours to cover most of the screen. I called AT&T ans was sent a new phone the very next day bit CANNOT TRANSFER ANY DATA TO MY NEW PHONE because you need to be able to touch on screen commands on the OLD PHONE which is impossible! I was told by the IT guy that AT&T is aware of the design flaw and that they hope it had been corrected with the new Flip6 ( which became available only 1 week after I got my Flip 5!). Had I been told the latest model was due out in less than a week I would have waited and maybe NOT have had the screen issue I had and be so super dissatisfied. In fact, the in- store tech smuggly told me that's why he only uses I-phones and buyers need to beware Samsung's habit of pushing product out too fast without a thorough testing period to check for flaws! I was stunned he said that! Now I love My Flip5 and only wish I'd known to wait the 1 week and gotten the Flip 6! Sure stinks I wasn't told, maybe my phone failure could've been avoided....now it's too late. Grumpy in Texas!

Useless. In ATT stores all you can do is sign a contract and pay your bill. Bad customer service from ATT.

What smug, indifferent liars work here! Namely, the manager, John. I went in looking for a unique solution to our problem. We were living at a hotel due to our home being under construction. The hotel we were staying at had horrible WiFi (with AT&T I might add), and our cellular network (AT&T) was no better. My husband needed to work from home- ie our hotel- and so we asked for a hotspot. After explaining why our phones’ hotspot wouldn’t work for what we needed, we were sold an unlimited data hotspot- that turned out to not be unlimited! In fact, when our bill showed up with an extra $300 worth of charges for overages instead of the $95 we were promised, we called customer service and were told AT&T doesn’t offer unlimited hotspot plans! The customer service rep advised me to go back into the store where we were sold the device (which cost $300 on its own), and when I went in, though the customer service reps who were there were very professional, the manager was smug and indifferent. After explaining who I was, he remembered me and said they were entirely transparent about the limited coverage. When I pointed out that I’d double checked what the max price was that we would be expected to pay with my homeowner’s insurance rep on the line (because insurance was the one covering the bill) and was told $90 + maybe $5 max in startup fees, he looked at me and said, “What is it you’re wanting?” And I said “I want to know what you can do it make it right.” And he said, “nothing.” No change of expression, no apology- nothing but gaslighting. He repeated they were transparent with me and when I repeated the same, perfect example of how they were not, he had nothing to say. This store wants your money, and then wants more of it. They do not care about your needs, your service, or treating you with dignity. John lacks integrity, and as for the customer service rep who sold me the thing (under John’s guidance), he wasn’t there when I went back, though he wouldn’t have been able to do much without a manager’s support. Naturally, I’ll be calling the corporate office to voice a formal complaint, but I hope this review helps to give fair warning to other Google users. Good luck with your service providers and stay away from this store, if not AT&T altogether. Wish I could rate 0 stars.

Larry our rep was a great help, patient with my 84 yo mother and disabled sister in setting up their phone. I sincerely appreciated his attention to detail, kind approach, and helpful support. One of the best AT&T in-store experiences thanks to Larry at the Quarry in San Antonio. Thank you Larry!

Waited there for over 40 minutes after being “checked in” when I was told I was next in line, 2 employees disappeared to the back and all I wanted to do was turn in an old phone after an upgrade. They knew it and it takes 3 minutes, but I guess they were too busy to spare someone.
