We went with a billing issue. Dot a very sweet young man named Eugene was there he only been working there four months… And he was all alone with no manager. He did the best he could, but we still left with questions about our use of AT&T in the future, possibly looking at other means of cell phone and Internet service… Eugene did the best he could

Not a good experience. Went in this morning to get a sim card and activate my tablet. Was sold a sim card then told it was a bad card. No manager on duty so I had to buy a second card. Which didn't work. Was then told it was because of my current plan, and I need to upgrade. Asked to cancel everything. Was told I would have to call 611. So I did, and found out I was sold two phone sim cards and not a tablet data card. Went back to get a refund on the two sim cards, and I was denied. Said my new tablet was bad!

I had order new services my SIM card was supposed to be here July 15th here we are on the 20th I called them they tell me that I have to reorder it all over again so therefore I'm going to have two phone bills this month

Associate was beyond helpful. She answered all my dinosaur like questions. She explained everything in a way that I could understand. Associate was very professional. Store was clean and neat. Great parking. Excellent service. I recommend this location.

Customer service does not answer and recorded calls saying it will return your call in about 7 hours. Called to AT&T store they can’t help. My phone paid off and phone not working they only answer to get new devices. Changing phone company ?

This store NEVER opens on time it says they open at 9:00 but never seem to be open till almost 10:00 ? very bad service at this location on Austin hwy

I have an order ready at the store but I have a very important question about it… why will no one pick up the phone?! I’ve called 11 times and not one person can answer?? A phone store is ignoring their own phone calls?
