Everything was going smoothly, and I was all set to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The key factor in my decision was whether the new phone would be compatible with my Dexcom G6 sensors (I'm a Type 1 Diabetic). I was assured that there would be no issues. I asked for clarification and received the same confirmation. However, it turns out there *are* issues! The phone doesn't support the G6 at all. When I called the store to let them know about their misinformation, they insisted that the iPhone does support Dexcom G6. But that's incorrect—Dexcom confirmed it. AT&T, please train your staff better. Dexcom G6 is not supported, and it will never be supported by iOS 18. Now, thanks to the agent's lack of knowledge, I have to upgrade to the G7.

I have visited the store twice already and still have not got my issues resolved. I still don't have a new phone or my account transferred. Why does it take so long for things to happen, both times I was there for 2 hours. Ridiculous!!

I explained to your agent that I wanted to make all my monthly payments paid through my USAA account . He seemed to be in a hurry because he only applied my request to future payments only. Failed to include present payment

Make sure you visit Apple Store instead of visiting this location for your iPhone purchase. Associate Luis V was focused on selling and not on what was best for the client. Rick M was more helpful and interested in offering solutions and offered the perfect device for us .

Frustrated beyond belief. Local AT&T corporate stores no longer manage landline services. A simple task of changing passwords so I can make a service request for a clients phone not working has turned into half of day of stumping everyone. Even the Manager has no options or any leadership she can call. Portal and software changes. I thought AT&T were leaders in the industry.

Tristan and the manager Clare were very helpful with my issue that has been going on for 2.5 years. They spend several hours fixing the problem and ended up giving me a resolution. I ended up ordering the phone that I wanted and getting the results I expected from them.
Great customer service, they were patient and understanding of my situation.

I really like this location. All the techs are always patient and attentive to all my issues all the times I’ve been in. Today I had to switch over some lines from personal to business and it took over 1.5 hours of phone calls and detailed information to transfer. The ATT tech Triston gave me amazing and superb service with a smile and I truly appreciate it! Thank you ATT Vance Jackson for the techs in place that give GREAT service to us customers. ?? ????????
Well, I had to leave the store and when I came back then Louie helped me out and he also went the extra mile and I really appreciate it!

After 7 o’clock you can’t talk to a real person only robots the websites very bad you have to go through so much just to try to figure stuff out on your own basically and you honestly can’t do anything without talking to one of them good luck working nights and having a phone plan with AT&T

I got 2 phones on a prepaid phone plan
I put a credit card so they charge Avery month.
1 of my phones get deducted the 2 one not so they shot my services.
3 er time call to see why my card was not charged for the full service.
No one knows .also in the store they claim they don’t know about prepaid but they sold me the services and the lan. Terrible service
