Great service. Greg helped me out this morning with getting a new phone for my brother. He also took the time to go see my bill and helped me set up an account with AARP to get me a bigger discount on my bill. Thank you so much for all the help, I will definitely be coming back here for anything.

The representative got up to greet me... I'm handicapped and that was the first thing that impressed me . Then I was asking about a product for seniors I saw on line . She pleasantly checked not saying immediately that's not offered. Her customer service was AWESOME... She investigated and offered me what is available... she gets a 10+. I thought about her excellent service once I left the store and wanted to call and let her know so I'm glad you sent the survey . I didn’t get her name but she was Hispanic and had her hair pinned up in 2 buns .
