I went to that store to exchange my cell phone for another and they gave me the promotion of 800 dollars of credit for my Galaxy 20 ultra cell phone and since they were making many telemarketing calls I decided to also change my number which turned out to be the worst for me since David He gave me a used number from a very conflictive person who started calling me from the moment he gave me that number from hospitals, financial institutions, banks and even the police, so I called 611 from Att Customer Service and they did everything and nothing. that the calls were ending, so the young man from ATT told me that the only option was to change the number again, but he did not tell me that by changing it I was going to lose my credit of 800 dollars and I naively told him to change my number because it was already crazy from so many calls in tons later I changed the number and the matter was resolved, but I didn't know that they had taken my credit and had kept a galaxy 20 ultra with which they gave me the credit and I thought they had given it to me name and now I was left without my galaxy 20 ultra and without the credit. I hope that the same thing doesn't happen to those who read this post because the problem was caused by David, the manager of that store, and I already spoke to customer service 20 times and I went to 4 stores and they can't do anything and I already went to look for David. It's never here and now they stole my cell phone and they took away my credit of 800 dlls. I hope it doesn't happen to others. I have been a customer for 12 years and I think that once I've just paid for my cell phone, I'm going to Verizon or Sprint. I'm disappointed in Att. the abuse of keeping my cell phone and taking away my credit tooI went to that store since I wanted the galaxy 23 and they gave me 800 hundred for my Galaxy 20 ultra of credit and I was receiving many calls on my cell phone from telemarketing I decided to change my number and it was worse because David, the manager of that store, gave me a used number that it had just been used by the person who had it. From the first hour he gave me that number, they started calling me day and night from the relatives of the person who left that number. They also told me about finance companies, hospitals, police banks and hundreds of companies that I was already desperate and then I called customer service and they did everything according to them and they couldn't do anything they kept calling and the young man from ATT told me that the only way was to change my number again to which I agreed, but he didn't tell me that I was going to lose my credit that they had given me and in addition they had already kept my galaxy 20 ultra cell phone and I call on the people att to train their staff well because there they would have told me that if I changed my number I would lose my credit and I hope that with This post saves some people so that what happened to me beforehand, already paying for the cell phone, I will change cell phone companies and they will lose a 12-year-old customer already with att

Yesterday my phone was not working, I went asking for help since I could not make call or messages. The face of the man changed when he knew I was not there to buy he was so unprofessional. I received not help.

Associate tells you everything you want to hear. Make sure you get it in writing. Bill supposed to be $115 and now $150. You have to call someone over seas, to tell you sorry and it will get fixed in about 2-3 billing cycles. All because store personal didn’t properly do the steps right. Another time inquiring about iPhone 15 pro max. Manager said just pay the tax and it didn’t make sense. Didn’t say anything about current phone, just said pay nothing, nothing about about the fee that may come with it etc. No real price on cost, no real information. All phones locked up in a prison. Can not really get a feel for them. Reason being it is COVID’s fault. Don’t get fooled. Att fiber does rock though. May switch wireless carrier though.

At first everything seemed great. The store associates attended us in a professional and quick manner. We informed them what services we wanted. The problem was when I received the bill and found out they were charging me for items I didnt know nor had agreed to. I wish they had been honest and open to me in the first place. I didn't appreciate finding out through my bill I had extra insurance and phone lines.

I have been a customer at this location for years, in the past the employees were very rude and lazy, but over the past few months I have had to go into the store for help with my phone and to pay a bill, and let me tell you .......the new employees are very helpful and always smiling. Good job At&t for hiring new staff

First let me state the agent had impeccable customer service skills. My issue is with the company not the agent. I was charged for 4 mths of showtime and cinnemax service. I have never ordered nor have I ever had access to those channels. I was only able to get two mths credit. I am a single mother. This is an extreme hardship. Inflation is costing more on my food, gas and utilities. ATT is a legal thief. You should be ashamed of your tactics. I should have never been charged for services I never had. And I should have been refunded all four mths, not just two because that's what choose to give me back. I've been a loyal customer with great pay history. Fix your company! Do Better and help people!
