I was trying to visit my aunt in the hospital …on Father’s Day Sunday… my phone wasn’t working …it only showed SOS.
Without a map for guidance I was lost in San Antonio … for a while looking for an ATT sign so I could get help…. I walked in and Kimberly helped me right away … I gave her my phone and told her I didn’t know anything about technology. I shied her my drivers license and immediately started to correct the problem…with a smile ..and very friendly . She even pulled up directions to the hospital and helped me connect the phone to my truck for directions…,
Kimberly is dream customer service representative… keep and promote her. …this was the ATT store @.6045 NW LOOP 410 San Antonio

Had some issues w/ order pick up. One associate was extremely unhelpful and disappointing, while the other took the time to do his due diligence once he was available to do so.

Take time to read your contract and get everything the salesperson promises you in writing. I was told my old phone's trade-in value was ~$800 and this would reduce my monthly payment on a new phone by $22/mo for the 3 year contract. Now attempting to trade-in my old phone, AT&T says it's worth $35 total. I can eat the cost, but this store deserves a single star for flat-out lying to keep a sale.

Edwardo and Antonio were excellent!!!!
It took them 20 minutes to setup my new iPhone. I was on the phone with five technicians in four days, they saved me time and effort and I appreciate their high level of support and knowledge.
I appreciate them and the product they represent

Walked in the store behind a young woman and her daughter. The associates assumed my daughter and I was with them because of our race. They didn’t acknowledge I wasn’t helped until I addressed the issue. There were 3 available representatives. They apologized but stated we looked like we were together and I was just waiting for the woman to finish her transaction. The behavior came across as a racially in my opinion to assume we were all together based on our race as an associate stated but caught himself mid sentence.
