It was okay. I had one sales rep helping me and he was great then a new one came to help and he wasn't so good. I wasn't told I would.have to pay taxes on my upgrade and at that time I couldn't do it but he had already turned off my Sim card. He didn't know how to fix the issue so the original dales man had to come over and fix it.

When I broke the screen on my phone, I was told by AT&T staff that I had to file a claim and get a replacement phone. The deductible on the claim was almost $400 dollars. When I took the two phones to ibreakufix they asked why I didn't just get the screen repaired for $30 instead of getting a new phone? AT&T is the reason why I paid $400 instead of $30. I am way beyond pissed at AT&T. I will never recommend service with them. I I know most cell carriers are horrible, but this was absurd.

The manager of this store helped us. He was incredible!! Did abt three things at once and all efficiently!! He gave us a good price and was very knowledgeable. He kept reassuring us he would help us as soon as feasible which took a little timw but no mistake of his own. It was bc of the issue he was dealing with. He put the Screen protector on perfectly and transferred our info from one phone to another and another phone from a different network to another. He even greeted one customer by name!! I used to be a Tmobile customer but so far, I am totally impressed with AT&T. I am definitely going back to this store for ANY questions.

Brandon was very efficient along with his manager which I wish I had gotten his name, they helped me all the way. He was very knowledgeable and informative as to my needs and questions I had since I was getting a new phone for my husband as a bday present wanted to make sure I was getting the best. I will keep doing business with this group of workers for my every phone or accessory need very friendly and patient. Thank you guys for making what I thought would be a headache very pleasant and easy.
