The agent Erin needs a class on good customer service skills. First time I had a bad experience at AT&T. It seemed she was trying to rush me out of there. Even though I told her I was not iPhone savvy. So I’m playing the guessing game with my new iPhone 16 plus.

Highly Recommend Sandra for Your Next AT&T Visit!
Yesterday (the 26th), my husband and I went to AT&T to check out the deals for upgrading to the new iPhone 16 Pro Max also switching from Verizon.., and we were lucky to have Sandra as our salesperson. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal possible, and we walked out with not just one, but two iPhone 16 Pro Max devices!
Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable. She wasn’t just trying to make a sale; she actually listened to our needs and worked with us to find the best solution. What I loved most about her was that she was genuine—not robotic or scripted like some salespeople can be. She made the experience enjoyable and stress-free, all while making sure we left with exactly what we wanted.
If you’re planning on getting a new device, I highly recommend asking for Sandra. She’ll make sure you don’t walk out empty-handed and will take great care of you. Thank you, Sandra—you’re amazing!

Just stopped by this store. There was literally ONE customer in there. And maybe ONE employee. So I understand if I neee to wait, even though all I wanted was to buy an Apple Watch charger BUT to not be greeted as I walked by several times or informed they would be right with me was very rude and anything But customer service. I feel like if I was a different shade I would have been helped to he honest.

Unimpressed with AT&T. Walked in wanting to switch my provider and join my fiancés plan. The associate Oscar was unenthusiastic to help. Waited there for 40 minutes. Spoke with him for 10 and just went next door to T-mobile and will be canceling my fiancés service with AT&T.

They only help you when they want to sell to you. Mr. Victor was super friendly at first, but months later I went because of a problem and he even got upset and started saying that he didn't pay much to the ATT, so he could be helping us. Terrible service. I won't come back. buy phones there especially for that man.
